The beach is about one mile away. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Primary bedroom: one king bed and ensuite bathroom Second bedroom: one queen bed Third bedroom: two separate twin beds Living room: queen-size sleeper sofa COMFORTS OF HOME Settle into the open living and dining area, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or start your morning at the coffee station. High-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, smart TVs, an electric fireplace and an in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays comfortable. A Pack 'n Play and high chair are provided for families. BALCONY & SHARED POOL Relax on the private balcony with pool and resort surroundings. Access to a small shared heated outdoor pool, open year-round, subject to community rules and temporary maintenance closures. Posted hours are 8 AM-10 PM; weather-related safety closures may also occur. The HOA manages shared exterior areas and pool maintenance. LOCATION & PARKING Explore Myrtlewood golf, Broadway at the Beach, local restaurants, shopping and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. The beach is about one mile from the condo; a car is recommended. Two complimentary unassigned parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Motorcycles and trailers are not permitted. KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK The condo is on the third floor, reached by stairs; there is no elevator. Maximum occupancy is eight guests. Keyless entry and a wall-mounted digital guest guide provide convenient access to house information and local recommendations. Please bring separate beach towels; bath towels stay in the condo. PETS & HOUSE RULES Up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs under 50 lbs each welcome with prior approval; no cats. Pet fee is $175 total per stay for up to 2 dogs, shown in your booking quote; not per pet or per night. Disclose dogs at booking. Keep dogs on a leash in shared community areas and pick up pet waste. Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds and may not be left unattended unless properly crated. No duplicate collection of a pet fee already paid. Existing reservations retain their accepted pet terms. Vrbo service-animal policies apply. No parties or events. No smoking or vaping inside or on the balcony; violations may incur the existing $500 fee and additional cleaning or damage charges. Quiet hours are 9 PM-9 AM. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Standard check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 11 AM. Early check-in or late checkout requires prior written approval.
