Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, check-in, comunicazione e accuratezza dell’annuncio
The first day when we arrived was good, no problems. The room was nice for a dated hotel, over all nice. The problem we have was the next night. We came back from a late dinner show with the kids. when we walked into the room we noticed three cockroaches running up the walls and floor. I killed them and took them down to the front desk and showed them. They told me to throw them away before they would even talk to me after throwing them away. They told me that there was nothing they could do because I did not book through the hotel. I did not know that I had booked a private room. I contacted Expedia who I booked it through and they told me that there was nothing they could do because I threw away the evidence. Then as I was sitting in the room explaining this to My Wife more roaches came out. I ended up killing three more in that time. I ended up killing baby roaches and smaller roaches. Mind you this is with the lights on not off. The Wife and kids are freaking out at this point. I ended up contacting the owner through an email and he told me that they would have somebody come out and spray the next day which does not help me in this situation because we were leaving the next day and I have roaches running around and I was worried they were gonna get in my luggage. We ended up checking out of the hotel at 12 o’clock at night with my three kids, crying and whining cause they were tired. We ended up sleeping in the car because the hotel did not have any more rooms available
