Welcome to this 3-bedroom, 3-bath oceanfront penthouse located at The Island Resort in beautiful Myrtle Beach. This stunning penthouse offers expansive Atlantic Ocean views, oversized balcony, and luxurious finishes throughout — perfect for a sophisticated beach vacation.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, coffee makers, and all essentials for preparing meals. The open living area includes a 65-inch internet-enabled TV, comfortable seating, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows and the oversized balcony provide breathtaking ocean vistas and plenty of natural light. Large flat-screen TVs are provided in every bedroom.

The master bedroom features a King bed, flat-screen TV, and private entrance to the main balcony. The second bedroom includes two Double beds, while the third bedroom has a King bed that can be converted to two Twins upon request. Two additional bathrooms feature granite countertops, ensuring convenience and luxury for all guests.

Beautiful unit. So spacious and well equipped. Grounds are beautifully landscaped with mature palm trees and cozy sitting areas. Front desk very accommodating and friendly. Enjoyed the option for dining on premises. The ocean view can’t be beat. Host was easy to contact and we enjoyed our stay.

This was such an amazing condo. Located just minutes from shopping, food, and entertainment. We really just travel to relax and getaway from all of life hustles and this place did not disappoint. The property did have some cable issues but with all the notices posted this was resolved quickly with a quick channel scan. Such an amazing experience from the polite staff or even other guests staying on the property everyone was so welcoming. We mainly enjoyed the balcony and spent most of our time there enjoying both gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. My only wish was having luggage carts as this resort does not provide any so it was a bit of a hassle making several trips from the car to the room, but we also don’t travel light lol so we got a good workout in.

Absolutely LOVED our stay! Was it perfect, no, what might others might pick apart and say is worn honestly was not important or make the place beautiful. It had more than everything we needed. Clean and comfortable! The balcony and view were my favorite part. Could have spent every second enjoying that (and the weather wasn’t great). Hosts were very reaponsive and great to deal with.My one and only complaint/words of advice; TVs are NOT the best. Bring your own dvds! I tried to be proactive and bring a roku stick, unfortunately there was no way to plug it in as the tv was mounted directly to the wall with no access. Management tried to be helpful, but unfortunately there was no helping the situation and the channel selection was terrible. Other than that.....GREAT place to stay!

This was a great property. The view is goegeous, the unit is very spacious. The location was great for getting to entertainment. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. Parking was easy. My only wish was that the bathroom showerhead were cleaned better (they all had gunk in them and the main one had gunk around the part you hold as well). Everything else about this property was great. I will use again, I will probably bring some cleaning stuff fir the bathrooms to make it perfect for me and my family.

View and furniture was nice. The unit needs some updating, knobs falling off kitchen cabinets, and dishwasher needs to be replaced.If your renting to groups for a week of 8 people you should add more paper products, toilet paper, paper towels, and facial tissue. Just put it in the cost of the room.

The location was excellent. The beach at the resort is clean and not as crowded as typically found in Myrtle Beach. The pools were relaxing and there were plenty of chairs available. I also loved the ocean view each morning as I had my coffee. There are 4 nice beach chairs in the closet for use. On the flip side, there could be improvements made. If you plan to cook, be prepared for barebones in the kitchen. One towel for the kitchen was not sufficient. We also had to keep washing cups as there is only a handful. Bring tons of paper products and dollar tree kitchen towels! Don’t plan on using the pull out couch for sleeping. It was like sleeping on concrete. Realistically 6 adults can sleep comfortably. The main beds were comfortable Lastly, the slider to the deck was broken when we arrived. It was extremely heavy and difficult to open. The women were unable to open or close it without help each time. A repair man came day one and was not able to fix it then did not return. Overall, great location, great views. Condo is nice for 6 adults, but a few minor upgrades would go a long way for the guest experience and comfort.

Quiet getaway

Overall it was a beautiful place. The indoor pool was not in order, which was unfortunate. It also said there was a smart tv and that was not the case. However, the room was beautiful and clean, and the hotel staff were all very pleasant.

Beach condo stay

Great location. The balcony view is spectacular. The amenities, including the pool and hot tub and the access to the beach were great. Towel service is included. The unit was very clean and spacious with comfortable bedding. The furniture and decor is a bit dated, but quite acceptable given the price range. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was older than the pictures relayed especially in master bathroom. There was food still in cabinet and missing door on laundry closet. The views were excellent and loved having a bathroom for every bedroom.
