Golf/spring break trip

The room was beautiful. Great views of the beach, very nice pools onsite. Literally on the beach. Plenty of golf courses within 15–30 min away. Close to the boardwalk and some great restaurants. The rental property was very responsive, I had no issues at all. Easy check in process. I’d definitely recommend and plan on returning.

Nightmare Rental Agency

This property is OK but the kitchen and bathrooms are under furnished. The real problem is the rental agency, Big Fish Rentals. I was bombarded with over 20 nasty emails threatening my party with rules and monetary consequences of breaking those rules. For example, there is a $75 fee for changing the TV inputs. There are many, many reminders not the soil the linens. They demand excessive cleaning before you leave but do not supply any cleaning supplies. They say they will get you whatever you need but when I requested toilet paper and paper towels, I was told to buy them myself. There is no sense of hospitality here and no appreciation of you as a customer. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. Big Fish Rentals WILL ruin your vacation.

DO NOT RENT FROM BIG FISH RENTAL/JULIE

BIG FISH RENTAL/JULIE IS UNETHICAL AND DISHONEST. During our stay we noted that the master sink had a crack in it...so we reported it to BIG FISH RENTAL...they said thanks for letting us know...I let them know that it was not leaking but would require maintenance after we left (I have email communications to support everything I am saying here). After we checked-out, we were asked what happened to the sink and BIG FISH RENTAL WENT ON TO KEEP MY $DEPOSIT$ AND WOULD NOT GET ON A CALL WITH ME TO EXPLAIN WHY THEY KEPT THE DEPOSIT ALTHOUGH I HAD INFORMED THEM OF THE PRE-EXISTING CRACK IN THE SINK. I am currently disputing the deposit with my bank. I can provide support for my review with anyone who needs it.

First time

This was a great first time trip to Myrtle Beach. We loved our stay. It had a great ocean view and just steps to the beach! Would do it again in a heart beat.

Spring Break

The condo was good. The disappointments were that the outside pool was under construction and we were unaware. The lazy was out of commission. The hot tub did not have not water in it to turn on the jets.
