Wow! Una villa condominiale vista oceano diretta nella splendida Myrtle Beach con vista libera sull'Oceano Atlantico. Questa villa moderna e di alto livello è stata completamente rinnovata per la perfetta vacanza in famiglia. Hai due balconi diretti con vista sull'oceano che ti permetteranno di goderti la spiaggia a pochi passi di distanza. Questa villa in condominio dispone di 3 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni, un ampio soggiorno, una nuova cucina moderna, un ampio patio chiuso e un balcone. Questa unità terminale offre finestre extra che consentiranno una vista aggiuntiva di quell'oceano e dei tramonti. Situato al secondo piano di un piccolo complesso, l'unità dispone di un parcheggio per due auto e un ascensore per un facile accesso. C'è una bellissima piscina all'aperto per il tuo divertimento, situata proprio accanto all'unità. A pochi passi da molti ristoranti e bar tra cui il famoso Ocean Annie's Beach Bar! Nuovi mobili e biancheria da letto saranno installati per il 2020!

Wonderful condo!

Condo is in a great location, right on the beach, and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. We loved the screened in balcony and large windows to make it so bright. You can see the ocean from so many rooms throughout the condo. Excellent property and hosts.

Truly a home away from home

Amazing family vacation!

This property is amazing. Julian is a great host. Fast and professional communication before and during our stay. He answered all my questions, even though I asked alot...lol. The condo was very clean, included lots of extras like beach wagon, starter supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Beds were so comfy...but be prepared to hop up...they are a little on the tall side. Views from the porch are breathtaking and the chairs are comfy. All appliances worked great, and we really gave the oven and dishwasher a workout. Having the washer and dryer was perfect and they are newer and clean!! We took a family of 5 adults and this condo had plenty of room for us all to be comfortable. If you are looking for a great vacation place, this is it and Julian is a fabulous host.

Great place to stay

We stayed for a week - beds are comfy, the kids appreciated that there was a tv in their rooms, loved having a kitchen. Easy check out process. Will definitely stay again.

Great view

Condo was very well stocked with every need that could be anticipated! Stocked with everything you need in kitchenware… extra blankets if you’re cold natured… plenty of beach items including boogie boards! We are used to the FL beach so our older kids had fun riding the Myrtle Beach waves! Thanks!

Wonderful Stay

Great Experience!

We’ve been coming to Myrtle Beach and Pelican’s Watch for many years now, and we can say that this was the nicest unit and most pleasant experience with a condo we’ve had and deserves a 5-star rating. The communication from Julian was thorough and timely, and the accommodations were far better than the other units we have stayed in Myrtle Beach. You can tell that a lot of time and detail went into making it comfortable, from the decorations to the furniture, and the condo made us feel like we were at the beach from the inside out. We very much appreciated the amenities of the unit (beds made, linens supplied, upgraded appliances, clean furniture, newer cookware/dinnerware/utensils). Having a stocked kitchen in good condition was a breath of fresh air, as you don’t always get these items of acceptable quality in other units. We hope to return in the future!

Perfect Summer Getaway Spot

We have been renting condos/cottages in the Shore Drive area for many years along with several other families. We all were impressed by the cleanliness of this condo and the quality linens and towels. The kitchen was well stocked and the views are beautiful from the balcony. Tons of light in this condo! Thanks for a great summer getaway spot for our family.

Great stay!

Julian had great communication throughout our stay making sure everything was going well. The condo was clean and very comfortable to stay. The ocean views were awesome. Lots of activities for the kids in Myrtle beach. We hope to return :)

Enjoyed our beach family getaway!

If you’re a beach person this condo is for you! A two minute walk from the living room and you’re swimming in the warm water! Pictures are accurate representation and the host Julian is responsive and friendly.

What a location

My husband was not happy with my choice of location this year but he took it all back after ten minutes on the balcony . What a wonderful experience and what a wonderful place to unwind for a week. The condo was spotless . The beaches were cleaned everyday. You could rent beach chairs and umbrellas but our host and hostess provided all of the above . We choose to eat every meal at the condo and lived in bathing suits . Not a hard life. Many thanks again to our host and hostess. Hope to be back next year

Beautiful condo, great communication with Owner, overall impressed!

This condo was beautiful! It had wonderful views of the beach. The porch was great. Very accommodating for a family, especially with toddlers/infants. Already childproof (corner pads on furniture). There were plenty of beach toys, 2 beach umbrellas, several nice beach chairs provided! The laundry room was amazing! Very nice, owner provided detergent and dryer sheets. The condo itself was very clean. The kitchen had all the basics, nice big refrigerator with filtered water! There was a Keurig single coffee maker which is a bonus! Only wish we had a box fan for the back room with the queen bed- (easily could have brought one). The condo building was very well kept, CLEAN, great pool, not overly crowded. The beach was very crowded. The only downside (which the owners can't control) was very large/loud fireworks almost every night (illegally set off by people at the beach right in front of the condo) around 10pm-12:30pm. Waking up my baby and toddler. There was a public beach access right next to the condo which is why I am guessing we were the hot spot for fireworks. This would probably be a perk for most families without little ones. :) Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Excellent location. Near several great restaurants, walmart/kroger within 5 minutes. The owner had excellent communication and I agree this is a 5 star stay. We will be looking to book in the future!

Best beach getaway at Myrtle Beach

This is by far the best rental we've ever stayed in at Myrtle Beach! Everything is exactly as listed and pictured. Owner provided all check in info, parking pass etc. prior to arrival and checked in with us after we got there. Great communication through the whole reservation process. Excellent location! Close to attractions but still in a quiet family friendly part of Myrtle. Right on the beach with a large screened in balcony my whole family of 4 was able to be on at once. Very spacious, clean and beachy without being tacky. Top grade appliances as well as all the beach gear you would ever need. Very comfortable beds, especially for us with bad backs. Kitchen is stocked with all needed items including a Keurig. Beach was busy but not overly crowded with easy access from the rental as well as a lifeguard. No trouble with parking. There are also luggage carts and grocery carts plus an elevator to make getting things in and out easier. We had an amazing trip that was in large part because of this wonderful condo. We will definitely be booking here again!

Wonderful property!

This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach. The condo was wonderful - beautifully decorated, amazing views of the ocean, just steps from the beach, and well equipped with everything we needed, including umbrellas and other items for the beach. Appreciated all the communication from Julian before, during, and after our stay. We are already looking forward to our next stay at Casa Esperanza!!!

If available, A MUST have condo to rent for many reasons.

This is a must rent! No other condo will ever give you the absolute feeling of vacation and home at the same time. The owner ensures that everything you feel here is home and the full vacation and beach vibes. The decorations, furniture and absolute top of line appliances and beds. He made sure that he gives you everything that he would give for his own family and treats you that way. Consistent communication with you all the way through. Not to mention the unbelievable views from every window and balcony. I dont know that I will ever look to book any other condo in North Myrtle. I will instead look to the availability of this condo to plan next year's vacation. Thanks for everything that you have done for my family and I. We also forgot a pair of jeans and with no hesitation he informed us and mailed immediately. Unbelievably the best experience of vacationing in the last 8 years.
