The condo is as in the photograph. It has good light, is clean, and a short walk to the beach! I can tell that the until was refurbished in the last couple of years. That said, I would have liked the shower and toilet conclave to be better lit and updated as the rest of the unit. I was a bit on edge with the very specific stipulations laid out in the rental agreement, but I'm sure those are the result of previous stayers not showing this place and it's amenities the respect it deserves. It great that the owner/property management company for the specific unit was available as promised. I didn't have major issues, but just a few questions to ensure my stay was as expected and that I didn't do something that would result in my deposit not being returned. Regardless, I had a cheery helpful response very quickly each time I reached out. The onsite pools and hot tub were welcome options to take a break from the sea, and they were very clean. Helpful Tips:Follow the pre-check in guidance. I did but can only imagine the headache of not doing so after traveling to the beach. All the codes worked exactly as they should for the entire stay.Bring your own portable baggage carts. There are a few on-site, but if people hoard them, you are out of luck.There is a broom and dust pan in the room, but if you want squeaky clean floors during you stay and to ensure you don't leave sand behind, bring your own disposable wet mop, e.g. a Swiffer wet.
