Family Vacation

Our vacation stay was just as we expected. Our unit was clean and perfect for our family.

UNSATISFIED WEEKEND

First I'll express that this property as a whole is not reflected in this review. My family enjoyed our get-away minus our lodging. When we arrived and checked in our room was unsatisfactory. Our range, refrigerator, and coffee maker were disgusting. In addition, our pull out sofa sheets had a huge urine stain on them. We reached out to management who promised a cleaning person would replace them. They dropped off sheets in the morning OUTSIDE of our door but did not change them out for us. If these things would have been handled this facility would have receive an 10 star review. We will book elsewhere on our next trip. We also encountered electrical sockets in multiple locations that were inoperable.

Family trip

Our stay was great! The bathtub was clogged on the first night and they sent a maintenance man the next day to fix it. We had to bring toilet paper, cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets, detergent, and paper towels since they were only in limited supply but I asked before we arrived about those. The view was perfect and the size of the condo was nice for our size of family. The elevators were always available and we didn't have to wait long when they weren't. Parking was across and down the street a little but was in a garage and there was always a space available. The beach, pools, and indoor facilities were perfect for our three little girls. They were entertained to the max without having to pay for additional activities. Only thing I would suggest is cutting boards and more dresser space and closet hangers in the additional bedroom. Overall, this was a great vacation and I'm already ready to go back.
