Il nostro condominio Sea Watch è un OCEANFRONT, due camere da letto, due bagni, condominio d'angolo al settimo piano nella nuova parte della Torre Sud presso il favoloso e tanto desiderato Sea Watch Resort.

Il condominio ha subito ampi lavori di ristrutturazione nel corso del 2018. Sappiamo che apprezzerai le nostre camere da letto completamente rinnovate e la nostra camera familiare.

Inizia la giornata sorseggiando un caffè sul nostro ampio balcone avvolgente con vista sull'oceano, mentre guardi una spettacolare alba sull'azzurro scintillante Atlantico! C'è una magnifica vista sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano da due finestre e doppie porte finestre nel soggiorno. C'è anche una splendida vista sull'oceano, sulla spiaggia e sulle piscine dalle doppie porte finestre e dalla finestra della camera da letto principale.

Abbiamo acquistato il nostro condominio Sea Watch dopo aver aspettato mesi per un condominio premium con due camere da letto in vendita su Sea Watch! Questo condominio Sea Watch è uno dei condomini più grandi, con due camere da letto al SeaWatch Resort, e ha una planimetria eccellente ... Tanto spazio per la famiglia.

C'è un letto king-size nella camera da letto principale con un comodo set di materassi e due letti matrimoniali nella seconda camera da letto. Nell'ampio soggiorno è presente un divano letto matrimoniale. Piastrella in ceramica in cucina, hall / sala e bagni. Accesso al balcone sia dal soggiorno che dalla camera matrimoniale.

Il condominio ha tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno, ma nel condominio non sono conservati altri oggetti del proprietario. Vogliamo farti sentire come questo condominio Sea Watch LA TUA casa di vacanza! Molti dei nostri ospiti tornano anno dopo anno.

Sea Watch Resort offre numerosi servizi eccezionali (piscine, fiumi pigri, ristorante, caffetteria e gelateria, tiki bar, piccolo negozio di alimentari e altro ..) e si trova sul tratto più mozzafiato della spiaggia di sabbia bianca dell'intero Grand Strand. Il resort si estende su dieci acri ed è situato al confine tra Myrtle Beach e North Myrtle Beach, in una posizione superba. Il resort è tenuto in ottime condizioni ed è lussureggiante. La sicurezza di Sea Watch è insuperabile; avrai braccialetti per utilizzare i servizi.

Sea Watch è un ottimo resort per famiglie e attira ospiti di tutte le età. Se sei sveglio nelle prime ore del mattino, vedrai gli operai che puliscono tutte le piscine e le vasche idromassaggio e lavano giù sedie, bordi della piscina e servizi. Mi sento molto a mio agio nel dirti che non c'è resort migliore sul Grand Strand di SeaWatch!

Ci sono due piscine coperte e diverse vasche idromassaggio interne per il tuo divertimento durante i mesi invernali. Le piscine all'aperto sono riscaldate durante l'inverno. Durante i mesi estivi, ci sono cinque piscine all'aperto, due fiumi pigri e dodici vasche idromassaggio. La connessione internet wireless è gratuita all'interno del condominio e in tutto il resort.

Ti innamorerai del Sea Watch Resort e del nostro meraviglioso condominio .... Ti consigliamo di tornare anno dopo anno! Le tariffe sono notevolmente scontate e comprendono biancheria, pulizie finali, parcheggio coperto, connessione internet wireless, telefonate locali e uso dei servizi Sea Watch.

Great place!

Very good after few minor issues. (Outlet gfc in kitchen was tripped, sound not working on tv and toilet running.) All items fixed and communication excellent after slight delay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location but really outdated.Afraid to sit on couch and chairs very dirty.Main bathroom shower curtain mold and mildew.Really needs updating.Towels were very suspect..They need replacing.Great location and had everything mentioned just need updatinh

Beautiful condo very clean and comfortable

We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful, clean, quiet, and very comfortable! The location and the view from the balcony were fantastic! I loved that the condo is not in the middle of a commercial area, but you can easily get to large numbers of stores/restaurants just a short drive away (1 mi). I wish we could have spent more days there. Maybe next year!

Loved the room , the veiw , and the short distance to the beach ! The in door pool was nice but in the cold months its good to wear your suit and have a robe and a towel because you do have to go back outside to get back to your room . Also the closest restroom is the second floor.. Over all a great time with my family !

Unit is located at Seawatch Plantation which is a great location. Seawatch has several amenities for your stay anytime of year. We enjoy the beach this time of year without the crowd. Easy to get around for shopping, eating at your favorite restaurants and always trying to find a new favorite place to eat.

We had a great stay, and love the condo. The only issue we had was that when we got here, there were dirty hand towels stuffed in the hall bath drawer, there is a very moldy sponge in the cabinet under the kitchen sink, and there was trash and also a tv remoteunder the bed in the 2nd bedroom.

Perfect girl’s weekend

Seawatch Resort is a wonderful complex. This was my 4th visit staying in the South Tower. I have stayed at many VRBO’s and I believe this was the cleanest I’ve been to. Everything was exactly like the pictures online. Two comments: 1) the sofa is uncomfortable as a sofa and a bed. 2) the master bedroom is very bright in the morning…don’t plan on sleeping in if that’s your plan. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful property

We have stayed at SeaWatch many yimes and it never disappoints. Condo had everything we needed for an easy simple week, close to a lot of amenities, and there were plenty of games, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for use if needed. Pots and pans could have been cleaner, but that is just the lack of care by renters and not owners. Excellent week, wonderful time and cannot wait to go back!

Nice Location, Clean but….

The hosts were very accommodating as we booked last minute and got the dates we needed within two days of check in. They texted us to let us know it would be ready. We appreciated that. Check in would have been pretty smooth except that we were told per our instructions to go to the resort’s registration desk to get parking passes upon arrival. This was not the process at all and the front desk staff had no clue what we were talking about. Finally after a few minutes a manager came out to tell us the passes were already in the condo. The instructions need updated. Overall impression of the condo-clean but worn, and the ocean view was less than expected. The ad for the condo said it was newly renovated. That’s an over statement in our opinion. Somewhat updated maybe, but the fluorescent lights in the bathrooms needed replaced or at a minimum covers; and there was a permanent dirty odor that never left the entire length of our stay. The old carpet in the front bedroom and all rugs definitely need replaced and are probably the source of the foul odor. the ocean view was our biggest disappointment of this condo. from the sliding glass door in the living area it is limited to the short span of sand and water that is between two very closely placed building towers and the windows of these units essentially face thlimited oceanfront at best.

The condo was nice. It had a decent ocean view. The beds were good. The owner communicated well. Three beach chairs were nice to have. I did not like the hard lockdown of the pools by security at 11pm though. They also didn’t let my boys play with a football in the pool, but the tiki bar was cool.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We have stayed multiple times with this owner and the condo was great it has even been updated since we have been there 2 years ago! Its kid friendly and super nice Highly recommend and the owner is super friendly and very helpful!

Great condo

The condo was exactly what we needed. It was like a home away from home. Really enjoyed the resort, several pools and hot tubs for all of us to enjoy. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Definitely interested in coming back next year.

Would absolutely stay again!

The property is beautiful and very clean! The property manager was very friendly. Made sure we had everything we needed. There's a closet full of beach toys, chair and umbrellas. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. My family was already talking about possibly renting again next year!

So almost everything about this condo was absolutely amazing! The location, the amenities, the set up inside, everything inside looked so clean when we walked in and it is a great set up for families! But we did notice a few small things. 1. We found a toy in between the sheets of one of the beds so I'm pretty sure the bedding wasn't changed in-between guests. And 2. This is a small one but it would have been great to have a sponge or scrub brush to help do the dishes while staying there. Other than that we loved the condo!

Great property!

This was our first time staying in north myrtle we usually stay further south. This property was great. Easy check in, close parking , plenty of space in the condo. The resort was great a little disappointed one of the indoor pools were closed for updates but thats to be expected in the off season. There was a fire pit available that is on nightly we had smores by the pool! There is also lots of activites you can sign up for. We will definitely be back!

Great Property!

Condo is much nicer and better than the pictures portray! Beautiful open living area with windows on two walls, allowing tons of natural light in. Open and spacious with very comfortable furniture. Large kitchen with very open eating area that does not interfere with tv and living area. Second bedroom very spacious with two double beds and plenty of room to move around them with extra room for storage. Property has prime beachfront without a lot of crowd. Also, activities on-site and many swimming pools and hot tubs on property.
