Benvenuti a Ocean Blue, il condominio fronte mare più bello disponibile ovunque a Myrtle Beach. Questo condominio di lusso con 5 camere da letto e 4 bagni è una delle sole 36 unità di lusso nel Resort e si trova su South Ocean Blvd. Questo complesso è un resort sull'oceano unico ed esclusivo che mantiene un'atmosfera molto privata ed esclusiva ma è vicino a tutto ciò che Myrtle Beach ha da offrire.

La residenza di 2800 piedi quadrati offre tutti i lussi che ci si potrebbe aspettare. La cucina si apre sulla spaziosa sala da pranzo e sulla grande sala, tutte con vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia di Grand Strand e sull'Oceano Atlantico. La cucina ha ripiani in granito ed è dotata di doppio forno, 2 frigoriferi, 2 lavastoviglie, piano cottura, forno a microonde incorporato e tutto il necessario per cucinare qualsiasi cosa. Il condominio dispone anche di una sala multimediale separata dove è possibile godersi un film o un gioco senza interrompere le attività nella zona giorno principale.

La nostra unità è su un unico livello (angolo del 2 ° piano) e offre un facile accesso a tutte le età. Non abbiamo avuto problemi ad accogliere ospiti su sedia a rotelle. Il bagno comune ha un box doccia step-in da 3 pollici. Parcheggio coperto adiacente, piscine private interne ed esterne e una vasca idromassaggio in uno dei 4 bagni sono solo alcuni dei servizi che troverete.

Il nostro condominio è perfetto per gruppi familiari grandi o piccoli e golfisti. Abbiamo cinque (5) camere da letto dedicate. Il letto matrimoniale principale è un "re altalena", il che significa che può essere convertito in 2 gemelli. C'è un costo per questo da fare.

Chiamare tutti gli snowbirds, i golfisti o i pensionati! Diamo il benvenuto agli ospiti di dare un'occhiata alla vita sull'oceano nei mesi invernali a tariffe eccezionali. Le tariffe invernali sono disponibili in qualsiasi momento da dicembre a marzo. Vi preghiamo di contattarci per ulteriori informazioni e tariffe aggiornate.

Rilassati sulle sedie a dondolo sul balcone fronte mare e ascolta le dolci onde dell'Atlantico. Gioca sulla spiaggia, goditi la vasca idromassaggio all'aperto o rilassati nella vasca idromassaggio privata. Fai una nuotata nella piscina interna riscaldata o nel fiume pigro. Prendi il sole presso la piscina all'aperto o fai una lunga passeggiata lungo la spiaggia. All'interno, è sufficiente guardare un film sul televisore a grande schermo (uno dei 6 televisori a schermo piatto) nella Media Room.

Il nostro condominio affitta per $ 1400- $ 5000 a settimana, a seconda della stagione. Se lo dividi nel numero di persone che possiamo ospitare (fino a 14 MAX), è molto ragionevole. È particolarmente indicato per gruppi più numerosi o per gruppi che hanno bisogno di molte camere da letto separate. NON troverai questo set in una catena di hotel.

The place was very clean and perfect for our needs . We would definitely stay here again .Just need to address the nat situation . They were there when we got there and when we left. Aside from that I highly recommend.

Worth every penny!! Literally just steps to the sand and the sound of crashing waves through the Krio doors at night…pure bliss!! Tons of space for our 11 guests!! Franca went above and beyond to make coming and going as easy as possible…thank you for making my daughter’s bachelorette weekend one to remember!!

I’d recommend this property. Very organized with binder of rules and expectations. Plenty of kitchen “stuff” for family meals. Closet with boogie boards and sand toys for kids was added bonus.

Ocean Blue exceeded my expectations. We had a family vacation with 12 family members ranging from 2yo-88yo. The condo was perfect for everyone. The layout was very spacious for everyone. The location was great to get to all attractions, super easy access to the beach, the pool was great - never got very crowded (covered pool and lazy river were dark and water was cold). Because it is a smaller resort, we saw the same people everyday and everyone was so friendly. The kitchen is smaller, but it is very well stocked and having 2 refrigerators was GREAT, along with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers - so smart and helpful with a larger group. Parking is not bad at all. We had 5 vehicles as we were all coming from different directions, and street parking was super easy, and right out in front of the resort, so it was easy to get to when we left and it was the cheapest option at $10 a day and we did it all on an app. 2 of the cars never moved all week. The two spots in the garage were great, it is tight, but everyone understands that and is patient. I would highly recommend Ocean Blue, we will rebook again, everyone enjoyed it.

Amazing location, all the amenities- beach, pool, hot tub! Our kids loved it. The condo is very clean and spacious. The view of the beach is stunning. Bring your own everything, not even trash bags provided. We had trouble getting the code to work when we first checked in, it was perfect after that. Lots of beach chairs and toys provided in condo closet. It is unrealistic to have kids wear bracelets, don’t even have your kids do it. No one is checked and wristbands fall off of them.

The condo was in great shape, in a great location (just a few steps away from the beach). It was big to enough to hold all 10 of us, and it still felt large. Very clean and well maintained. The two dishwashers and refrigerators were a huge help for our big group. Highly recommend!

The condo was a wonderful fit for our family. It's a condo, but it's very spacious and has a fantastic layout. We loved the oceanside balcony, the pools, and the convenience of the location. Highly recommend this very well-kept condo for a family vacation! Additionally, Franca was very responsive any time we had any concerns (we had one small issue and she got it resolved very quickly!).

We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen has everything you could possibly ask for (other than potentially a hand mixer and a coffee grinder, but hey, those just would have been over the top!) and the 2 refrigerators with ice makes and 2 dishwashers were a bonus, as were the 2 regular coffee pots, and a Keurig. We spent many hours rocking on the porch. There were folks to rent you nice wooden chairs and umbrellas right out front on the beach, and by renting for the week they set us up with a front row nice spot each morning. The pool and lazy river was a nice alternative to the ocean some times. Comfy beds, with nice quality towels and linens. But wish we had brought our own dishtowels, as only 1 was provided. (We are big cookers.).

Condo was perfect size for our group and the deck had furniture enough as well. The closet with chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and sand castle gear was a hit with the Children. Only negative, the condo wasn’t as clean as it should have been.

This property is the perfect location with fantastic views of the Atlantic. We enjoyed not having to plan our day as going back and forth from the beach to the pool was super easy. The outdoor pool is small, but there’s also an indoor pool and lazy river. The parking is tight. Just FYI.. if you have a handicap placard, you can park on the street for free. Fully equipped kitchen (loved the two fridges), comfortable beds, and large seating area. The balcony was large and the rocking chairs were a huge plus!

The condo was spacious and right on the beach easy to get in and out. The grandchildren loved the beach outside pool and inside pool and lazy river. Very layed back and enjoyable week. We will be back.

We had an amazing week at Myrtle! This was our first time. We typically go to OBX but was too late in booking. The place was VERY clean when we arrived and Franca was fantastic with communication! The condo was spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much ANYTHING you need! The location was perfect!! There is not a shortage of things to do, places to eat, or stores to shop at! The only thing to point out is that the parking is a bit tight. (Not the renters fault and we drove a van, so big trucks might find it tough.) But it was nice to see the bumpers on the wall to try and prevent car damage. It was the only parking space I saw with them, so thanks Franca for that! It was again, an amazing week and would love to rent from them again!

The floor plan was perfect with our 3 kids and 4 families. The view was amazing and pools were good. We were there for the beach though. Franca had beach chairs and sand toys that we used. We ended up parking 2 of our 4 vehicles in the adjacent lot for a nominal fee. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to cook for our large group. Definitely a great condo for small or large groups.

This is a beautiful property, well-suited to our big family of all ages. Very comfortable with lots of room to spread out. Kitchen has all small appliances (toaster, crockpot, blender, 2 regular coffee pots and a Keurig) in addition to double ovens, 2 refrigerators, and 2 dishwashers. Very helpful as we did a lot of cooking the week we were there. Washer and dryer worked great and was so convenient. Closet filled with beach stuff: sand toys, a boogie board, 4 chairs (1 was broken), and umbrellas. We only used some of the chairs as we had brought our own stuff so can’t really speak to the condition of the umbrellas, but everything looked mostly in great shape! The overall condition of the condo was excellent, very beautiful. The bedrooms were all very comfortable. I would just mention the two rooms with bunk beds/daybed seemed much smaller than the pics showed. I mention this not as a complaint, but just for information purposes. We had planned to put a pack-n-play in one of those rooms and there was really no room to do so and be able to get in and out of the room easily. We loved that the beach was never overly crowded, despite being there during peak season. I think this is because this resort has a smaller number of units compared to the high rises and also that one hotel 2 doors down had been demolished. The on-site staff were great to work with and very helpful. We had a maintenance issue (no fault of the owner) that we had to let workers in for and kind of deal with for a couple days. I do think communication could have been a little better over this, as we didn’t really know what to expect, repair-wise, from day to day. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great week, unfortunately all good things have to end. We felt like we were visiting with friends. The property was as described. The view was magnificent and the unit was clean. We had a wonderful week. Thanks for making you home available for rental.
