I didn’t like anything about our stay period. I want to put all of you guys on notice if you’re planning on traveling to Myrtle Beach.. This place was disgusting people was smoking weed, shady characters walking around the hotel it didn’t feel safe.. I was floored when they said we don’t do housekeeping, I had to go to front desk to request broom Dustpan, toilet paper etc.. It was an impromptu trip for my wife didn’t do my homework should’ve researched it but I’m telling you DO NOT STAY HERE you’ve been warned.

The hotel is extremely outdated and poorly maintained. Ripped carpets, old and unsafe elevator, rooms extremely outdated yet very clean. The experience was very disappointed, very far from my expetations.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This hotel was absolutely disgusting! we found 2 roaches and we left and booked another room! it’s dirty although the staff were friendly anf nice, that place is the worst hotel i ever stayed at! The area seem shady and everything was falling apart in the room starting with the tile rack. smh

Room and entire facility was so disgusting and run down, within 5 minutes of being in the room we returned to the front desk because I could not let my family stay here. Was denied a refund for the room despite having checked in less than 15 minutes prior. Staff was extremely unhelpful throughout. Leaving even without the refund was worth it. Do not stay here.

This is a nicely run facility on the beach!! The pool deck is a great asset! The building is a bit dated and worn but its location and cost are worth the stay! Michael the clerk was very helpful!

They charged my double when I got here and said I didn’t have a deposit paid , AND I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF EVERYTHING I PAID FOR IN ADVANCE, I had to pay what they charged me bc of my child I didn’t want to disappoint him. But this is ridiculous! I’m not pleased at all and we have to walk up 5 floors bc the elevator is out of service I have asthma this trip is very well regretted. I would love my 75$ I paid for a deposit back! I’m crazy been over charged! Sorry and thank you

My wife and I had booked an OceanFront 2 Queen BedRoom. When we walked in it was a catastrophe and that’s being nice about it. The towel rack was broke, sink had a big crack in it, the walls were dirty, ceiling looks like it had MOLD ON IT!! The mini fridge was DISGUSTING on the inside of it and to top it off one of the TV’s didn’t work at all. We had paid almost $300 for a crackhead room, this is unacceptable. We tried to tell the front desk but he had an nonchalant attitude towards us. It’s supposed to be a non-smoking facility but it seems like everyone smokes in these rooms hence the dirty walls, and the staff too since the front desk person came out of an room smelling like straight up POT! Please, if you love your family and your safety do not book at this hotel!!

Nice view of the ocean. Lots of tv programs. Main room was ok. Bathroom not good. No towels. Had to get 2 towels from the front desk. One had a hole and a skid mark on it. Elevator beat up pretty good. Elevator lobby and hall to the room scary. Needs a lot of tlc. No security Some idiot banging on doors looking for his girlfriend many times during the night. Place should be condemned!

Only stay here if you like roaches!
Hotel is very run down. We decided to stay there because the price was great, but we saw roaches in our room and immediately got the heck out of there. The only good thing I can say is the girl at the front desk was very nice and gave us a refund. There were several bags of trash in the hallway which I'm sure doesn't help the roach situation. Its a shame that an oceanfront hotel is in such poor condition.

It's cheap...you get what you pay for.
Hotel was run down on the inside. Past room remodels and repairs were shoddy at best. It was cheap and a place to stay for a quick get away, but I would not stay here again. The outside looks nice (at 50 feet!). We couldn't get them to supply us with new towels daily without going to the front desk and then they only gave us 2 at a time. The did no room service at all. This place needs a complete remodel or demolish and start over.
Not knocked out of position, created this way.
Wrapping still on all 3 lamp shades.
Every lamp still had plastic wrapping on the shade...if these would have been old style incandescent bulbs, they would have caught fire.
Typical of the quality of this place...that cover is about 1/2" from the wall.

The floors were so filthy we couldn’t walk around without shoes on, patches of sheet rock mud filling holes in the wall, the hair dryer was falling off the wall, there was duct tape cover gaps between the balcony door and the wall, and the elevator shook and rattled like it was off its tracks or something.

Upon arrival, we found the smell on our room to be that of Raid or some form of bug spray. Everything had a sticky film and the mirrors were cloudy so we assumed they’d just bombed. Smelled horrible though, and then we went to turn the lights on and roaches scattered. They weren’t palmettos, those I do not mind. The staff was so kind and only charged us for the one night we stayed(we arrived after midnight and everywhere had already stopped allowing check ins), but refunded the rest of our reservation.

Pictures on the Expedia app do not align with what they look like in person. I’ll take this disappointment and own up to it. The rooms where not clean, hair in the sink, bed, restroom towels. Walls on floor trimming around the door when also coming undone. Holes , patches. The pool was very dirty, even had a lay down chair in the pool. Next time I’ll stop by and look before booking, I was in the area for a quick day wanted to enjoy the best I could with an enexpensive room. Came across this one, and was very mislead. I’d stay inside my truck next time

Worst places to stay
This place just as the Polynesian hotel or the worst place to book any rooms. The rooms are not clean, there are roaches in the rooms. Didn’t stay not even an hour their and was told I would get a full refund for the “inconvenience” yet they lie about that. Don’t be fooled by the pictures on their site.
