Ocean View 2 Bedroom Apartment with Great Views! Palace Resort 413

The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 4th floor, recently updated, 2 bedroom apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This ocean view condo is fully furnished with new furniture throughout! This property features 1 queen bed, 2 full sized beds (all of which are organic mattresses!) and a sleeper sofa. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

As of August 2024, the owner of this property has done some renovation work! The kitchen and living room have a fresh coat of paint in a bright, coastal color and brand new furniture throughout!

This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped. This apartment offers a beautiful, updated kitchen and tile floors throughout.

The kitchen is very spacious and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and rentals. Very few rentals offer an oversized kitchen like this condo and other rentals here at the Palace. We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, fridge, and stove, as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.

The living area is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the sofa and enjoy endless views of the Southern coastline.

The guest bedroom is the first bedroom on the right when you enter the condo. This bedroom features 2 full-size beds. Guests will also have access to a private closet, a nightstand with a lamp, a dresser for storage, and TV with basic cable. The guest bathroom is located just outside of the bedroom.

The master bedroom is the second bedroom on the right and features a queen sized bed, two night stands and lamps, a closet for storage, access to the ocean view balcony, and a private bathroom.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests will also have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.


The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini-golf, go-karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.

Great unit and experience

The hosts were awesome; great communication and made our stay easy as far as check in and out. Unit described as it was. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to stay in Myrtle.
