The condo itself was just as the picture showed it was very comfortable and provided all I need for my stay however, the property manager Elliott beach rentals was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. With that being said, any future rentals would certainly not be with them or through them.

Beautiful view of the ocean. We really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs. the kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything you’d need. The price fairly reflects what you get in this condo. It’s an older building, so don’t expect pristine. We were warned a hour before arrived that the pull out sofa was broken: But it was good for our weekend getaway. The good outweighs the bad. We enjoyed our stay!

ocean veiw, so that was great. convenient location. nice price.However. we were a couple sharign the space with a friend, so, we needed the pullout couch/separate sleeping areas. pullout couch not working, complaint made that we needed fix, was not fixed. my husband & I had to sleep on the floor and the couch (not pulled out) separately as we are early risers and wanted that living room area open while we let our friend sleep in the back bedroom.

I would rate this as a four star. But I can’t for the following reason. The queen size sleeper sofa was so uncomfortable. The mattress was so thin you couldn’t sleep on it. We tried it and it only lasted 20 minutes because it was just too painful to lay on. Other than that, everything was great. The check-in was easy, even though we arrived after the office was closed. The place was very clean and fresh smelling. I was impressed with how clean the kitchen was everything in it. This place was close to many area attractions and eating places. The only other slight problem was the bathroom fan smelled like it was burning so I called the number listed to contact for emergencies and they were very good. They had someone out there within 20 minutes to check it out. They took care of the issue and were very friendly and kind to us. I would definitely go to this place again.
