  • Wake up to sweeping oceanfront views in this beautifully renovated 2-bedroom condo at Holiday Sands, designed for a relaxing and comfortable beach getaway. The spacious oceanfront primary suite features a king bed, stunning views of the beach, and a private bathroom for added comfort and privacy. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds, making it a great fit for families or groups. With recent updates throughout, this condo combines a fresh coastal feel with the comforts of home. Enjoy ocean views from each bedroom.

    As a guest, you will have access to Holiday Sands resort amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, indoor hot tubs, fitness center, free WiFi, oceanfront lawn and lounging areas, and direct beach access. Holiday Sands also offers private balconies for units and family friendly water features that make it a great choice year round.

    For your stay, we provide a starter pack of amenities along with all towels, sheets, and bedding, so you can settle in and start enjoying your vacation from the moment you arrive.
    Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies:
    - Flat sheet and fitted sheet for all beds
    - 8 bath towels
    - 4 long-hand towels
    - 6 wash clothes
    - 1 kitchen hand towel
    - 1 kitchen washcloth
    - 2 soap bars per bathroom
    - 1 dishwasher detergent
    - 1 paper towel
    - 1 toilet paper per bathroom
    - 1 trash bag per trash can

    A departure clean is included in your stay.
    Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 23. Photo ID may be required upon check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.

    Rental agreement must be signed upon booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.

    We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)

Pretty Ok

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just as the title says it was just ok. The rooms were nice but it had scraps along the wall and several corners were smashed. The layout made it feel small and the living area could not hold the 8 people the room claims to hold. Washer and dryer barely worked had to dry the same load 3-4 times. Overall the amenities were ok as well lazy River was fun and the ocean was right outside the back pool so that is what made it ok.
