Nuovissimo per Luxury Beach Rentals, questa suite con 2 camere da letto al 10 ° piano si affaccia sull'oceano e offre una vista spettacolare sull'Atlantico blu. Questo condominio offre una camera da letto principale con vista sull'oceano con letto king size e accesso all'enorme balcone con vista sull'oceano. Il bagno principale offre ripiani in granito, doppio lavabo, ampia cabina doccia e pavimento piastrellato. La seconda camera offre due letti matrimoniali, la terza camera offre un letto matrimoniale. Altre caratteristiche includono smart TV a schermo piatto in ogni camera, lavatrice e asciugatrice e cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito, questo condominio crea un soggiorno ampio e spazioso per te e i tuoi ospiti. il resort si trova nel cuore del Grand Strand in una sezione della spiaggia piuttosto orientata alle famiglie. Le attività in loco includono il complesso di piscine interne ed esterne che comprende un fiume dalle acque tranquille, 2 piscine, 4 vasche idromassaggio e una piscina per bambini con vista sulla spiaggia, un centro fitness e un prato abbronzante.

Nice location with a beautiful view. The building and unit are in need of serious updating. Beds were comfortable but again everything needs to be redone to be classified as a "Luxury Beach Rental."

Family vacation

Property was very clean and well maintained. Also online pictures were exactly how the unit looks in person. Very quiet part of Myrtle beach, I know that some people would prefer that as we do. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect unit but very bad hot water heater alarm system

It started beeping in the early morning service replaced the batteries and then later it started sending out a weird alarm signal and service came out and replaced the batteries again and then at 9:30 at night it started making. aweird alarm signal accompanied by a beeping sound.. it wasn’t until the next morning that service came out and for a third time replace the batteries which resolved the problem. It seems to me this alarm system is faulty.

The carpeting in the 2 bedrooms needs to be upgraded and to have a more finished look bedskirts should be added to the beds. Kitchen is small, but has everything you need. Master bedroom is dark, and does not have an ocean view. South Wind property is well maintained. Bathroom shower curtains need to be changed out. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We sent an email to Luxury Beach Rentals when we first arrived and never got a response back. Overall the Unit was lovely and the view was wonderful. We had a few concerns, we needed to put 2 decorative pillows away during our stay because they were dirty. The shower liner in the master bathroom should have been replaced. If the owners added bedskirts to the beds it would have given the unit a more finished look. There were other minor issues -we were staying a month so we purchased small items like soap dishes and cleaning items that had always been available in other units we have rented in the past.We are returning for the month of March as the view and location were terrific. Many restaurants and shopping areas nearby.

It was cooler when we were there and we wished the indoor pools were climate controlled but they were really just outdoor pools because there was no glass in the windows/doors. Kids played in it anyway. Condo is close to everything.
