Indoor/Outdoor Pool Column Project UPDATE:
The progress on the project is going well. As of now, the indoor/outdoor pool is estimated to reopen sometime in December 2025.

Amenity Update – Indoor Hot Tub

Please note that the indoor hot tub is temporarily closed due to a heater failure. Replacement parts are on order and are expected to arrive mid-week, at which time the hot tub will be restored as soon as possible.

CLEANING & SANITIZATION

Health, safety, and well-being of our Client are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

Please note that there may be construction or traffic noise during your stay. This is outside of our control as hosts.

- Self check-in anytime after 4:00p on the date of your arrival.

- Check-out anytime before 10:00a on the date of your departure.

- A signed rental agreement may be required for all reservations.

- You as the client agree that reservations without a signed rental agreement are subject to cancellation and will adhere to the cancellation policy.

➜ No trailers, watercraft, motorcycles, buses, or motor homes are permitted in the garage or street.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free . It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a client portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
