**The outdoor pool and grass lounge area at the Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort are currently closed for renovations. The estimated completion date for this closure is June 2025. While the outdoor pool is closed, the indoor pool, lazy river, and hot tubs are open and heated.

Enjoy stunning ocean views from the 6th-floor balcony of this spacious condo, located in The Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this condo can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements include 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and a sleeper sofa. Fully equipped with a kitchen, dining area and LCD TVs and private bathrooms in each bedroom, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort offers a range of amenities and water attractions to make your stay unforgettable. Kick back and relax in the newly renovated pool areas or get active in the expanded Fitness Center. Swim laps in the indoor or outdoor pools, float down the lazy river, or simply lounge on the oceanfront grassy lawn. Plus, all indoor water amenities are heated for your comfort.

Luxury Beach Rentals

We had an amazing stay, beautiful room, close to alot of stuff and great location.Our obly issue was when we booked the place it said there was a pool and when we got there it was not accessable and under construction. But we worked around that and when we called we got the proper help we needed. Overall amazing place to stay.

Over Used

The property was being refreshed in some overdue areas, but we were not notified the outdoor pool was ripped out and the balconies were also under repair, grinding/painting. We picked up 3 keys at the leasing office and when we arrived the unit was dirty with 2 extra keys left in the bathrooms (happy to send pics). It appeared as if the prior tenant snuck back in after it was cleaned and left a mess in baths/kitchens and sand on beds, however the management staff had it cleaned quickly after being notified. As for the unit, the view and mattresses were the saving grace. Although nicely equipped, the walls were banged up, lots of burnt out bulbs, the dishwasher leaked every time it was run (reported) and getting a warm (never hot) shower was almost impossible regardless of the time of day. Water temp was also reported and we were told it was on hotel water and to try different times. We also could not shut the door in the room with two beds without rearranging the furniture.

Spring Break

The location was great. The view is what it shows. Clean & right on the beach. Nice three bedroom with enough space for all 7 of us. . We were not told of any construction so there was no pool. We were also not informed that we wouldn't be able to use the balcony. The safety of our stay, in my opinion was also compromised when we had people entering our condo without our knowledge. Thankful we were there when two separate individuals walked in. The third we were informed but not a time frame. Most companies from where I am from give a time.. We will be there between 1 and 4 but this company did not. We came back to someone in our room working on the furnace and we had no issues with the furnace but, found out that our condo was sold so I think many of the issues we had were because of that & the property mgr. never contacted the right people to tell them that we rented the condo. The condo does not allow trailers or car top carriers. We towed a trailer but we couldn't get ahold of the staff to park the trailer in their lot down the road. So we had to ask someone else to let us park there. Thankful that worked out!Overall, it was our vacation and we made the best of each situation, I just hope this is something they work on and do better with in the future. There is a lot to do! Most of the group went on a fishing trip and enjoyed catching fish, went to Ripley's Believe it or Not and the aquarium. We also enjoyed eating out at Hook's seafood buffet and The HangOut.
