Top Rental 2019. Tu e la tua famiglia apprezzerete l'atmosfera ricca e classica di questa proprietà al terzo piano con vista sulla spiaggia in questa zona altamente desiderabile ma meno popolata. Questo appartamento può ospitare 6 persone con un letto king size in ogni camera da letto e un letto Queen EZ che è possibile utilizzare nella zona giorno. La cucina molto moderna comprende elettrodomestici nuovi e di qualità, due caffettiere: una Keurig 2. 0 (con caraffa) e un marchio Cuisinart. Nella sala da pranzo / soggiorno è presente un refrigeratore per vino fornito con spazio per spuntini aggiuntivi. C'è una nuova TV a schermo piatto da 50 "con soundbar per la zona giorno e un televisore a schermo piatto in ogni camera da letto. Il pacchetto via cavo include la connettività WiFi. Gli arredi contemporanei decorano questa nuova proprietà in affitto. Sono inoltre disponibili quattro sedie a sdraio, ombrellone, giochi da spiaggia e giochi.

Incluso nel prezzo è una pulizia una tantum dopo il noleggio e un pacchetto biancheria che comprende: letti fatti con fornitura di biancheria (lenzuolo e lenzuolo sopra per ogni letto e divano letto) Asciugamani (8 asciugamani, 3 asciugamani, 6 asciugamani e asciugamani da cucina): sapone da bar, sapone per le mani fornito insieme a sacchetti per la spazzatura, carta igienica e detersivo per lavastoviglie.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con stoviglie, posate, utensili da cucina e, naturalmente, tutti gli elettrodomestici di tutti i giorni.

Qualcosa sul nostro edificio Arcadian II

Siamo un grattacielo più piccolo; Sì, solo 6 condomini per piano. Non aspetta molto l'ascensore. Non correre giù al mattino per salvare le sedie a sdraio in piscina. Questi problemi non sono mai un problema nel nostro edificio in quanto abbiamo un sacco di sedie da piscina e grandi ascensori. Oh, e nessuna brutta posizione in questo edificio come tutti sono Oceanfront.
Il campo da tennis è disponibile per la maggior parte del tempo, ma in caso contrario è possibile prenotarlo.
La nostra porta posteriore è a soli 25 metri dalla spiaggia! Ampio parcheggio con spazi vicino all'ingresso! Bellmen Carrelli davanti alla porta per aiutarti a portare i bagagli dentro e fuori.

La sezione Arcadian Shores si trova tra Myrtle e North Myrtle Beach nella contea di Horry non incorporata. Il nostro indirizzo è a Myrtle Beach ma a poca distanza dalla folla. Se ti piace la folla in occasione la fila del ristorante è di 2 minuti. L'atterraggio a piedi nudi è a 5 minuti in auto e Broadway in spiaggia a circa 15 minuti.

This is my second time in this unit and the location is the best. Quiet and not overly crowded. My only complaint is the cleaning service is not the best. There are a lot of mirrors in the kitchen/dining area; they were streaked. There were still water splatter marks on the mirrors behind the sink and food splatter (looked like tomato sauce) on a mirrored outlet plate. That tells me the mirrors were not thoroughly cleaned. The kitchen floor needed a good vacuuming and mopping. I provide this info. because I feel like the owner needs to know the cleaning service is not the best (or he's not getting what he pays for). Otherwise, we love the space, appreciate so much the availability of beach chairs. One thing that needs to be updated in the check-in/out procedures is the current bathroom code for the pool deck area. Otherwise, thank you!

Excellent Stay

We were on vacation here in Myrtle Beach for the first time and stayed in this lovely condo. Condo and property is very clean and well taken care of. Location is perfect right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. In the amenities, it said there were umbrellas and chairs available with the condo. Went to get the umbrellas and there were none available. I messaged Frank, the property manager, to tell him there wasn't any he reimbursed me for my rental fees that day. If you need chairs or umbrellas, they have rentals right in front of the condo. Pool very clean and right on beach. They have a nice grill and a picnic table area where you can have a cookout.

Fabulous Stay!

We loved our stay! It was very peaceful, which was great as we had our 2-year-old with us. The view of the beach was stunning. The pool was great! We loved the retro interior design in the living room and kitchen! I highly recommend staying here!

Unpleasant

Much smaller than the photos show. Toilets ran constantly. Only lamplight in every room but the bathrooms and kitchen! Lighting was horrible! The lights over the dining table NEVER worked! We called owner to report this. He said he'd send an electrician but no one ever showed up! The patio door had no blinds and it was blinding from the suns refection off the ocean in the mornings. . The patio door in the Master BR wouldnt open! The furniture was extremely worn and uncomfortable! The owner did offer a "$150"refund. Very disappointing stay!!!

THE VIEW!!!

We had a wonderful visit! 4 adults, beds and furniture were all very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for all of our cooking needs. The view off of the balcony is to die for! Of course, that is where we spent most of our time. TV was fantastic for football. This condo is so much nicer than the pictures give it credit for. There was a young lady security guard ( I can't remember her name now), who was an absolute joy and made us feel very welcome. DEFINITELY plan to visit here again. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Myrtle!

View can't be beat!

This condo is clean and well maintained but the star is the location. Sitting on the balcony you're literally feet from the sand and waves. Building is secure and unit is exactly as advertised. Don't hesitate! Book your stay here now!

June stay

Beautiful section of the beach. View from the third floor was incredible. Check in and check out was very easy. Felt safe with on site security. Condo was very spacious and could easily accomodate a family without being on top of wach other. Televisions in every room was nice but honestly, with the view, i would have never turned them on if the US Open wasnt on! I would definitely recommend and come back.

Great Location

Arcadian II was conveniently located to several restuarants and shopping. This 2 bedroom unit was clean and well kept. Great view of the beach. The manager was a pleasure to work with.

Myrtle Beach in November

The condo was one of the best condos that we have stayed in our 30 years of coming to Myrtle. The renovation was very nice and the condo was clean. However there are two items that we feel need attention. First there needs to be nonslip mats in the bath tubs. Secondly, the mattresses need to be up graded. Overall we had a very nice week at the beach.

Getaway with family

Property was as described online VRBO. No issues. Beds were clean and nice: one firmer where other was softer. Only concern was this was 1 week after Hurricane Ian and the pool was not open due to sand and ocean water that flooded it. But there were no other issues from the Hurricane and we still enjoyed lots of shore fishing and the beach. The location is great with lots of restaurants and activities close (outlets, mini golf, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the beach). Normally we drive down to Myrtle Beach but this time we flew into Myrtle Beach Airport, which is a nice smaller airport to navigate and on-site car rental right outside baggage claim.

Great location

Easily the best beach in the area. The only downside of the stay is the uncomfortable furniture. The best way to describe it is a Beetlejuice theme that is as uncomfortable as it looks. The beds are comfortable so you'll be in them early since there's nowhere else to relax. But you're likely here for the beach which is always the most relaxing spot we've stayed over the years.

Perfect Vacation

This property was great! It was our first time at Myrtle beach and if we come back it will definitely be here. Everything was there that we needed and it was very clean. Every one was friendly and the property was very secure. We had a problem with the microwave and Frank was there that day with a new one. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Arcadian Shores

My family and I absolutely love this beach. This is our second time staying at the Arcadian. This time though….the direct beach access was not opened until 7:30 am. Many of the guest including myself were not aware of this. The rental was nice and clean. This rental has no extra linens. (Blankets, pillow cases, sheets) We actually ran to Walmart to pick up some. We experienced a problem with the microwave. It would just beep, then let out a very loud one (woke the kids). After reading more reviews I now see that the microwave has been a problem. We just unplugged it. Since this was not our first time staying at an Arcadian I did let the property owner know that he had a nice place but also addressed the lack to direct beach access early, and the lack of linen. The owner was very short and did not seem to know even himself that the access from the building basically is not unlocked until the maintenance man comes. Of all the years we have come to this beach in general this was my least favorite experience due to the lack of beach access and owner lack of caring. Not comfortable with who you are renting from is not enjoyable. Unfortunately with that feeling we took pictures of how clean we leave the place and the condition. I hope this review helps. I know I use the reviews when searching for a rentals.
