From our check in to our check out we had a perfect vacation. The Patricia Grand Resort where this condo is located is one of the few that aloud pets. So we were glad to be able to take our dog along. This condo was a 10 out of 10, highly recommended. The owners sent us all the information we needed and were extremely helpful and available to answer any questions we had. Patricia

We enjoyed our stay at The Patricia Grand - 702. The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a warm, homey feel that made us comfortable. The view was absolutely amazing, and spending time on the balcony was one of our favorite parts of the trip. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The owners went above and beyond by providing bath towels, beach towels, and beach chairs, which made our beach days easier. My only minor criticism would be the dust build up and the rugs throughout the condo. The rugs are collecting sand, dirt, and pet hair from guest. There was also a strong odor either from the rugs or from the old air freshener plugins throughout the condo. The smell was overpowering for us and seemed to be masking odors rather than freshening the space. Overall, these were small issues and did not take away from our experience. We had a wonderful stay and would return.
