There is a beautiful outdoor oceanfront pool for you to enjoy and a charcoal grilling area to grill your favorites.

Absolutely no stairs to climb, guests can use the available luggage carts and elevator to bring belongings to the unit.

Walking distance to the famous Ocean Annie's Beach Bar, Flip Flops Bar & Grill, the Apache Pier, and convenience store. Quick car ride to the Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk.

Covered parking available - keep your vehicle cool in the shade. Free parking pass for 1 vehicle, second parking pass can be purchased for an additional cost. No Motorcycles, Campers or RV's allowed.

Beautiful condo, amazing views and excellent host!

I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay this past week. The condo had everything one could need to ensure their stay was welcoming and carefree. Even with the high heat and humidity we experienced during the week the condo was always very comfortable as the ac worked great. Extremely clean condo with everything a family could need to enjoy their stay. Highly recommend. Great communication and amazing location! Thank you for a great stay for my family and I.

We love staying at Pelicans Landing. The owner was an excellent host, communicated with us throughout our stay, and the unit had everything we needed. The views are spectacular and just steps from the beach.

Perfect in every way

We love staying in the Shore Drive neighborhood, and this condo hit the spot. It is clean and steps from the beach. The easy access stairway is right outside the front door, making it a breeze to come and go. The elevator is also just steps away. The under cover parking is amazing because you are just steps from your door, making it easy to load and unload. The owners are amazing to work with, their communication is clear and they respond within minutes. We will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing oceanfront condo!

We had a wonderful stay! We’ve rented many condos in the Pelicans Landing group and this one was by far the best. The condo is updated, spotless, and Deian goes out of his way to ensure your stay is perfect. The ocean views were impeccable and a favorite spot for our 2yo throughout the entire stay. Thank you again for an amazing week at the beach!
