Questa è la nostra casa per le vacanze, e abbiamo investito un sacco di tempo ed energie per renderla un posto che vogliamo essere quando siamo in South Carolina. Quando non siamo qui, siamo felici di condividerlo con gli ospiti di VRBO.

Questo è un 2 camere da letto, 2 unità d'angolo bagno al 20 ° piano. Può ospitare un massimo di 6 persone e il divano non è un divano letto. Ha una straordinaria vista sull'oceano, e le esposizioni est, sud e ovest ti permettono di vedere l'alba e il tramonto.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto singolo King; l'altra camera ha 2 letti queen size (che è raro per il nostro resort, sono spesso letti full size).

L'unità dispone di aria condizionata centralizzata, internet ad alta velocità, TV via cavo e un sistema di altoparlanti. Ci piace cucinare, quindi la cucina è completamente attrezzata con un sacco di pentole e piatti / bicchieri per il vostro uso. Il frigorifero ha un fabbricatore di ghiaccio e il lavandino ha uno smaltimento dei rifiuti. C'è una TV da 50 "nel soggiorno, una TV da 42" nella camera da letto principale e una TV da 32 "nella seconda camera da letto.

Il soggiorno ha un lungo divano con chaise e 2 sedie laterali. C'è un tavolo da pranzo con piano in vetro con 4 sedie. Entrambi i bagni sono dotati di vasca e doccia (il bagno principale ha una vasca da bagno extra large).

Abbiamo sfumature solari in ogni stanza; quando sono in alto, mantengono la vista frontale e centrale. Quando sono giù filtrano sia la luce che il calore per mantenere le stanze comode. Se avete bisogno di condizioni di blackout per dormire, forniamo maschere per dormire.

Forniamo lenzuola e asciugamani da bagno per il vostro uso. Gli asciugamani da piscina e da spiaggia si ottengono dalla reception del resort.

L'unità ha una grande lavatrice e asciugabiancheria impilabile nell'unità. Il complesso ha diverse altre lavatrici e asciugatrici disponibili.

We loved how convenient location was and all the amenities esp our condo. The panoramic view with the open windows on both sides was amazing! Loved all the paintings on the wall! Very fun and different! Bathrooms were immaculate! Love the decor and the beds were comfortable! But nothing can beat the views of the beach right off the balcony! Would def stay here again!

Incredible Condo well-stocked with everything you could want. Beach wagon with umbrella and beach chairs was such a great addition! Beds were super comfy and the view was just magnificent! Host communicated check in and check out instructions very well. Only issue we had was an overly sensitive smoke detector which went off every time we cooked. Even in the included air fryer, another great touch! Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It really had everything we needed…especially traveling with 2 teens in tow. The location was great because it’s in very close proximity to many attractions. It was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful Condo

The condo itself was amazing. Everything from the listing was accurate. The only downside is you will have to park a block over in a parking garage which wasn’t that far of a walk, and (if you’re into it) the fitness center was a joke. Not this persons fault though, it’s just the buildings fitness center itself. Other than that, we had a great time and I would highly encourage anyone to stay here.

Our host Jason was wonderful! Great communications throughout our trip. The condo was lovely and had all the amenities that one needed. The view was gorgeous. The unit accommodated the five of us….very spacious. I highly recommend this condo. I would definitely rent it again.

Fabulous view and spotless condo!

You can't beat this view and the beach access is top notch. The location is centrally located to many local attractions. The condo has great amenities, is beautifully decorated rooms and amazing master bath!

Beautiful condo with amazing views and minor issues

This condo is amazingly well cared for with beautiful decorations and views. There are two nice balcony's and tons of windows letting light into the main space. We used the kitchen which was fully stocked including some extra essentials like cooking spray that was very useful and cost savings for us. The bathrooms both had amazing big showers that provided plenty of hot water. The included beach chairs also saved us a lot not having to rent expensive chairs from the building. Our one major issue was the sliding door on the balcony. It was difficult to move and got worse throughout our stay. We did eventually contact and they promptly sent someone to look at several times. Unfortunately they couldn't fix but we managed with the damaged door. However, I was charged for breaking the door out of my deposit. It was rather frustrating but working with the host we did get our full refund as we didn't break the door. I commend this host for working through the conflict and doing what is right. I would recommend and stay here again.

Awesome trip with my 94 year old father

I can’t say enough good things about this condo . Jason is an excellent host. Jason’s condo has everything that you could possibly need. Jason has thought of everything, including beach chairs , umbrella and a cooler. This condo has views that are just breathtaking. Dad enjoyed sitting in the comfy chair and looking out the windows. We had an awesome trip and made some great memories. We were able to park for free , next door at the beach access. Cars with handicap tags can park for free. That was very convenient for dad. We visited the Pirates Voyage dinner show , wax museum, Capt George’s , Original Benjamin’s and the Sea Captains House. The Sea Captains House is a must stop for their 14.99 breakfast buffet. It even includes shrimp and grits. Also it has beautiful views on the beach. We are glad we chose this condo and will definitely return. Dad was very happy.

Quick trip to the beach

Our high school plays in a spring break tourney at the Ripken complex in Myrtle Beach. The condo was great - exactly as advertised. We don't usually stay in the beach front high rise and this was in a great location. Convenient to morning coffee and close to some legendary Myrtle Beach attractions.

Very nice

The owners provide a very nice experience. You can tell they take pride in the property. It was very clean and they don't skimp on what's provided. Little things like having the type of trash bags/paper towels/toilet paper, etc that you would have it home instead of bulk, cheap stuff makes a big difference.Love that is a corner unit. The views west and south are fantastic. Feels much less claustrophobic than some of these units can feel. Truly a great unit in a great location. The only real downside was the pier construction work going on currently. This affects many buildings up and down the beach though. It was not constant and was never at night, but during the day it could be very loud. Some noise from neighbors, but not overwhelming. We never let doors swing shut when we are coming and going as a courtesy to others. Sadly, this is rarely reciprocated no matter where you go.Highly recommend this unit. Great location and an attention to detail that is hard to find.

Oceanfront

Beautiful condo. Very clean. Wonderful amenities. Gorgeous view. Owner is very responsive and provides clear instructions. Check-in and checkout are a breeze! We stayed for a cheer competition and the location was within walking distance to the convention center although - you do have to cross a busy multi-lane road along the way. If that is out of your comfort zone ride share drivers were readily available and inexpensive. For us - two adult women & two teenager girls - we could’ve used more bathroom counter space, bathroom outlets or mirrors in the bedrooms to assist with getting ready but I recognize this is a very specific need (girls trips).Overall, pleasant stay!

Great views and just as advertised. Incorrect codes for both apartment and garage and it took a few hours to get in touch with the owner who only replied through text after me calling twice since we couldn’t access the building. The code issue and the fact that it took hours to respond is my only complaint. Actual apartment was perfect.

Views Location Exceptional Condo

Can’t beat the views, privacy, location, and space. 1 mile walk to Boardwalk area. Beach at your back door. Sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Condo is very clean, equipped, and spacious. Great beds, living area and beach equipment that make for worry-free stay! Pools not indoor or heated…as you may assume from posting. Property owners take great pride in the condo, are responsive to needs, and all information/check in & out is a breeze. Great option for MB!

From check-in to check-out this property was excellent. The views were spectacular. The proximity to food events and attractions were great.
