Casa fronte mare Pet Friendly diretta nel Miglio d'Oro di Myrtle Beach. Questo è 6.000 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale. Cucina completamente attrezzata Frigorifero completo aggiuntivo nella lavanderia. Ulteriori piccola cucina con piccolo frigorifero nel guest apt sopra il garage. Combinazione di soggiorno con posti a sedere e grande TV a schermo piatto. Enorme bar per la colazione in cucina. Tana separata con area bar completa con vista sull'oceano. Secondo den al piano di sopra si affaccia sull'oceano con una grande TV a schermo piatto. Master suite al piano inferiore con bagno privato e un letto king size. Ulteriore camera da letto con vista sull'oceano al piano inferiore con un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato con doccia completa. Al piano superiore "camera finestra" di fronte all'oceano con un letto matrimoniale che conduce al ponte di fronte all'oceano. Camera da letto posteriore con un letto matrimoniale e grande armadio che conduce ad una seconda camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale. Bagno di dimensioni complete. Camera da letto nell'angolo strada posteriore con un letto matrimoniale. Suite Master enorme nell'angolo anteriore destro della casa di fronte all'oceano. Vasca da bagno di dimensioni complete e vasca idromassaggio con bidet e servizi igienici. Trucco e affondare. Questa camera da letto conduce sul ponte che si affaccia sull'oceano. Tutte queste camere da letto circondano un den al piano di sopra / centro di intrattenimento con divano, sedia e chaise. Un sacco di spazio per sprawl e divertirsi. TV a schermo piatto è fornita. Sala giochi al piano di sotto con tavolo da ping pong e tavoli da gioco. Al piano di sopra, la sala giochi è una piccola cucina con lavandino e piccolo frigorifero. Una camera da letto ha una doppia e un letto a castello con un piccolo balcone che si affaccia sull'oceano. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo che conduce ad un ponte esterno. Un bagno completo è nel corridoio. La porta conduce al bordo esterno della strada. Tutte le camere hanno una TV a schermo piatto. TV a schermo piatto enorme nella zona giorno. Pranzo sulla terrazza esterna con vista sull'oceano. Posti a sedere per sei e sei. Sedie Adirondack per la visualizzazione dell'oceano da un ulteriore portico. Grill a gas sul ponte anteriore, lato strada con un tavolo pcinic e posti a sedere surround. Anche una griglia a carbone. Strada privata ha un sacco di parcheggio per diverse auto. Appena entrati in casa c'è un ponte con panca surround. E un tavolo da picnic. Una griglia a carbone è fuori per i barbecue. C'è un sacco di parcheggio per sei macchine impilate. O più! Il cortile anteriore ha una recinzione bassa e una passerella che conduce all'oceano. Fuori dal soggiorno è un mazzo separato con tavolo da pranzo e sedie e posti a sedere. Fuori dalla piccola tana c'è un ponte con tavolo da pranzo e sedie e posti a sedere. Il cantiere è enorme e ha una doccia esterna per quando si esce dalla spiaggia. Servizio per 20 in cucina. Casa enorme con molta luce naturale, enorme cortile e tanto divertimento in spiaggia e ricordi. Vieni a Isle of the Palms e goditi il tuo soggiorno a Myrtle Beach.

Our Famiy's Vacation Home

Our family has stayed here for the last 13 years. We have tried other houses in the area over the years. We had parking issues, no direct beach access and stairs at the entrance. In this house all those issues are solved. The families have separate space when desired. Our younger family members have no other memory of the Beach than their Isle of The Palms at Myrtle Beach.

Golf trip

Went on a golf trip with 15 adults. Slept 14 with some guys having to double up on the queens and kings. I brought an air mattress for the 15th person. Location and house were perfect. Third party rental company was very responsive and check in was easy. Would definitely book again. Kitchen was huge and backyard was awesome with private access to beach.

Great location, relaxed stay & responsive property manager

The location was fantastic and all parts of the process to get in and out were easy. It is an old house, which doesn't come through as clearly as expected in the advertisement, but well within range of what you would anticipate from a beach house rental. Only thing I'd suggest gets changed is that the mattresses were extremely firm - to the point of uncomfortable. Only reason I don't rank it a full 5-stars is the mattresses generated internal complaints and the general systems, while all working, were clearly dated.

Great home and location! Needs maintenance attention.

We loved the location, and the house had more than enough room for the 10 of us! The house, deck, and walkway to the beach need some TLC as we had a broken faucet in a bathroom - and a serious ant parade going on in the kitchen cabinets. We also had several pieces of flatware and tableware that were filthy-no way they were washed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We just expected the place to have been better maintained and definitely didn’t need the ants in the kitchen.

Great location and area

It is a perfect location for a beach vacation. The beach in front of the house was not crowded at all as the hotel guests 100 yards down the beach stayed in their area. The house was very clean. They seem to be updating a little bit at a time and fixing issues along they way. We had some issues with TV's working and a GFI outlet which caused the power in two bathrooms not to work. Responsiveness to the issues were good and were fixed within a day. All in all, we were very happy with the stay and the location. Would definitely go back. All in all, it was a

We understand that the house is old. But there are certain things that could be improved immediately with the money you are making. First, all the mattress were hard as a brick. Put decent mattressess in the house. Second, there were large mold spots in the bathroom above the garage. That could have come off before we got there. Third and last, our children went outside and got cut and bled from all the stickers in the grass. Get some professional landscaping done to the back yard. The home was perfect for our family. Big enough. We wouldnt mind staying there again if the changes were made that I have listed. It was very clean. But we also could see water damages. My son is a builder, other son owns his own electrical business, and my son-in-law own his own heating and cooling, so we kinda had it all covered. Thank you and we hope to be staying there again soon.

Great location , Horrible property condition

First of all positives: Great location, close to every thing , right on the beach , amazing back yard. When we checked in we are so excited and the kitchen area and down stairs are ok, all batch rooms are in horrible condition, the master bath room seems to be renovated and new , but what a shame , there is no proper door to close the master bath room , when i called the office they sent us a handy man , he set up a hook to lock , however the door itself had a golf ball size hole in it, so anyone walks in to the master can see who is showering or taking a bathroom break. Not sure what kind of rental home will have holes in the bath room doors. all other batch room tiles are chipped, tubs are old, vents are rusty and looks like 1000 years old. I wish VRBO allows uploading the pictures as i took few with my phone and it would have been nice to add to this review.

Thanksgiving 2022 Myrtle Beach

The house is in a nice residential community with about 2 miles from the Myrtle Beach Skywheel. I had numerous communications with property management company prior to our arrival and once we arrived. All communication was timely and helpful. There were 13 adults and 3 children staying at this property for a family Thanksgiving get together. Everyone fully enjoyed the stay especially the 3 children. Everyone commented on the views from the property. The house comfortably accommodated everyone.

Not Clean

Me and a group of buddies stayed here for a golfing trip. Literally a few days before the check in date they decided to notify me about a linen package that came out to be almost $500 even though in the contract it states we will have basic living materials. Timing was terrible but okay dealt with it not a big deal. They did allow us to check in early which was great. Trying to communicate with the Point of contact there was not possible. Asked several questions on how to check in and other basic info and never got responses back. Finally we get our keys and find that the “linen package” consisted of them just dropping a big bag of towels and sheets in the middle of the living room… if we are paying almost over $5,000 you would expect to have at the least the beds made. But again it is what it is, no one is happy but we will deal. Walk in take off our shoes and almost immediately put them back on. Floors where absolutely filthy and no not just sand from the beach, I’m talking both dirt and sand in every room and floor in the house. Now through out the entire weekend we had other visitors as well, bugs. Literally I showered with 3 silver bugs and asking everyone it was like this in every room. Also there was a random woman’s shoe on the back porch when we initially walked in. Also one of the guests entire back was COVERED with bed bug bites and we have pictures to prove it. Absolutely gross. And again we are probably the most low maintenance people to have ever been there but this was just all and all a bad experience. Location was great and VRBO was overall good to work with, only suggestion I would do is make the linen package known in the description in VRBO. As to the actual company who owns the property, very bad. I also have not received my security deposit back which was not cheap as well. Would really love to talk to someone who can help resolve that issue immediately and will not recommend this property to anyone. It short, looked very promising, terrible when you walk in. I hope this does not fall on def ears.

Great week in a great space!

We do a full family vacation every other year, for ourselves, our 5 adult children, spouses, and 7 grandchildren. We have done beach stays, Disney, cruises, etc., but this was our first stay at this property. We voted this "best beach house ever" (and some voted best vacation ever)! The house has a separate 'wing' where the children could play as loud as they liked and the rest of the house had lots of room, too. On the beach with a nice backyard and walking distance to several restaurants. We walked the one block to King's Blvd several nights for an evening drink.

Great place to vacation.

Lots of room to move around, family said it was the best vacation ever. The house needs some updating but I’m not complaining. We did have a problem with ants tho. Think it was because of all the rain we had during our stay.

The property needed some updating and there were some cleaning issues.

The house or property overall was acceptable but the brokerage firm that handled the property was lacking. One of the ladies in the office was always nice (Lisa Lynn, I think), but the other lady was rude, nasty and should not be dealing with the public. We did not have television or Internet for the first 2 and half days and they were in no hurry to fix the problem. I tried to be nice with the lady, but she told me I was being unreasonable, nasty and hung up on me. When my husband went to the office to confront her over her behavior she left the office early and he had to explain the problem to the other lady but still nothing was really resolved. The broker was supposed to call us back about making things right, but ten days later, nothing. For the money I would have expected better and would not recommend this rental to anyone.

Myrtle Beach Family Vacation

This property provided our family with lots of room for everyone to get together and stay at the same place, without feeling like we were tripping over each other. We could even bring our family pet. The views were amazing. The location of this waterfront property was ideal. The house is a little older but the layout and location totally make up for it.

The layout and location of this property is amazing!

The place definitely needs some upgrades . The upstairs decks don't feel very safe and the downstairs all need to be sanded and restained. All the bathrooms had one thing or another. But overall we were very comfortable .
