  • The Havens sono residenze premium per le vacanze nella comunità di Barefoot Resort e sono insuperabili sulla costa della Carolina del Sud. Havens unità 1122 è un condosuite 3 camere da letto / 2 bagni di lusso che può ospitare fino a 8 persone.

    Stare nella comunità di Havens è un sogno che diventa realtà per la maggior parte dei golfisti. Il condominio 1122 ha un portico riparato con vista sulla buca # 10 del corso Norman e una splendida vista sull'Intracoastal Waterway. La cucina completamente attrezzata comprende una lavastoviglie e altri elettrodomestici moderni full size. Questo bellissimo condominio è stato dipinto di fresco per la stagione 2016 e ha nuovi pavimenti in bambù nel soggiorno e nella zona den. C'è una confortevole sala da pranzo per gustare i pasti o si può andare in uno dei tanti ristoranti nelle vicinanze per un ottimo pasto. La camera da letto principale ha un letto a dondolo king e la seconda camera da letto ha una regina. La terza camera ha un divano letto con pavimento nuovo. Ci sono TV a schermo piatto in tutto e ha la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita. Il bagno principale comprende anche una vasca idromassaggio. C'è molto spazio per distendersi, proprio come a casa.



    The Havens ha una piscina nella comunità e si ha anche accesso alla grande piscina ionizzata nella zona. Ci sono navette gratuite nella stagione principale che si svolgono ogni 30 minuti che porteranno voi e i vostri ospiti in spiaggia.



    Al di sopra e al di là del bellissimo, luminoso decoro arioso è l'accesso a quattro campi da golf, club house, spa e pro shop. Landing a piedi nudi si trova proprio di fronte al Waterway di Intracoastal ed è perfetto per lo shopping, l'intrattenimento, i pasti e altro ancora. A solo un miglio dalle bellissime spiagge della zona. Tanger Outlets e Broadway at the Beach sono anche abbastanza vicini da godersi.

We stayed from July 12-July 18, 2025. Great condo and a great access to Barefoot Landing restaurants and shopping. Great place to ride your bicycle. Also, the pool is great. The condo is very roomy and peaceful. Blessed to get to stay at this location!

A comfortable Family Vacation

Everything was beautifully setup and arranged. A home away from home feeling. I especially loved the screen balcony. I will definitely recommend others to stay here for a nice, quiet, and cozy vacation.

Great experience!

While driving to N.Myrtle Beach I was delayed in traffic and was worried about being able to get into my rental unit. I called the property manager and she put me at ease by explaining how I could pick up my entry code to my unit, she assured me that if there were any issues I could call an after hours number for assistance. When I arrived late, everything was just as she explained on the phone, and we had no problem getting into our condo. The condo was impeccably clean, and was just as described, our family of four, weee comfortable and impressed with the cleanliness, and comfortable accommodations. The saltwater pool was clean and and in great condition. I highly recommend staying at Barefoot resort!

We loved our stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The website listing was very reflective of the property. We had 3 adults and two children and we had more than enough room. There’s also a pullout couch. This unit could easily hold 8-10. The place looked clean when we walked in. It was like walking into a nice hotel. The wood floor was shiny and spot free. I have OCD so I usually do my cleaning anywhere I go and I have to say they cleaning crew did a good job. Only the kitchen floor had a little dirt on it but nothing too crazy. There was a washer and dryer that worked. Really nice. They also had linen on all of the beds (in case you forget yours) and they also had more than enough hotel grade towels and rags. They were very fluffy. The check in/out process was simple. The neighborhood is resort style and I’d very low key. The pool was nice as well and this unit is only a 3 minute walk away (couple blocks away). They have cable on each tv as well. Overall this was a great unit and we would definitely book again. Thanks for a great stay!

Just wanted to say that the pictures do not give the true picture of how beautiful the unit was. We all were so pleased with the proximity to the beach with lots of nice Restaurants and shopping nearby.

The condo was better than expected, clean and location was ideal for our trip. TV was a little complicated to operate for some of us. I prefer cable but we did not watch a lot of TV. Barefoot Golf courses were in great condition. It was a wonderful trip with no hiccups.

Relaxing Week

We enjoyed our week at the Havens, and we were pleased that it was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped with implements to prepare meals, but we chose to eat out. The condo is situated in a quiet, nicely landscaped area close to golfing, but too far from the beach to walk. Perhaps the kitchen, living room could use some updating but the condo was very reasonably priced and dog friendly.

Last minute find

We had a great stay! Our normal vacation home was canceled due to a hurricane and this was a last minute find. The house was clean, well stocked and provided a great place to relax! We were sad that the pool was not open due to Covid, but these are crazy times.
