Benvenuti nella nostra casa al mare! Felicemente chiamato Thin Mint. Casa in stile Beach completamente ristrutturata, con nuovi mobili, elettronica, ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici e pavimenti in vero legno ecc. Si trova a un isolato di distanza dal Beach & Ocean Blvd.

Le nostre caratteristiche di noleggio:

- Carrello da golf a gas. (Le società di noleggio addebitano centinaia al giorno per il noleggio di carrelli in estate)

-Camera n. 1: letto a castello. Il materasso inferiore è una regina e la parte superiore è una doppia. Smart TV da 39 ".

-Camera n. 2: letto matrimoniale. Smart TV da 39 ".

-Area giochi separata: ha un divano letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo. Piccolo frigorifero e cucina di base. Ha anche un tavolo da biliardo Foose, freccette elettroniche, TV con lettore DVD integrato, Nintendo con 500 giochi integrati.

-Soggiorno: arredi in stile spiaggia con divano letto queen size. Smart TV da 40 "

-Cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici, piatti, ciotole, utensili, pentole, caffettiera Keurig e frullatore Margarita

-Lenzuola e asciugamani e lavatrice e asciugatrice
-Big recintato nel cortile con due tavoli da picnic e grill a gas, pozzo a ferro di cavallo, cornhole, pozzo del fuoco e Tiki Toss

-Coperto e schermato nel portico posteriore di grandi dimensioni con tiki bar e tavolo in stile fattoria !!

-Sedie da spiaggia e ombrellone

- Pass per il parcheggio gratuito per Downtown / Boardwalk / Family Kingdom. (il parcheggio costa $ 10- $ 20 in queste aree)

-Accesso al carrello del golf in base alla disponibilità. Si applicano restrizioni.

The property was ina good central location and had all the comforts of home. We really enjoyed riding the golf cart down the strip and doing things without needing to load up in tbe minivan. Back porch and backyard are good hang outs and my daughter loved her personal apartment out back. Would definitely stay again.

The pictures don't really do this place justice. The house was immaculate and so close to the ocean you could almost hear the waves crashing. The golf cart included was a blast to ride around on and the kids loved it too. All kinds of kinds and activities on the property, a grill, fire pit, and guest house/arcade was so fun for the young ones. The host was attentive and got back to me right away with answers to all my questions and was so accommodating. I will recommend this host and this property to any and everyone. I can't wait to come back next summer. No pictures unfortunately, I was too busy enjoying my vacation and having fun.

Short stay

We had a short stay during our move from WV to the Myrtle Beach area while waiting to close on our new home! Adam was an amazing host and Thin Mint was adorable! We loved having the fenced in yard for our furbabies and our boys loved the game room! I recommend this house for any families that wanna be close to the beach and have the ability to travel with their furbabies!!!

Easy and convenient

We had a great stay here. Ran into a problem with the fridge but Adam got someone on it right away to ensure we had a good stay great experience. Had tons of activities to do with the kids like darts foos ball board games and more. Lots of beach supplies too!

Fantastic and fun!

We loved the set up! Games and outside area was great! Wish it had been cooler to enjoy the fire pit in the backyard but that gives us an excuse to come back later in the year. Will definitely come back!

A great place for family

One of the best places I’ve stayed since using Vrbo! Adam was amazing and showed up the same day I had an issue. The golf cart was awesome to have and drive around and the kids who are always into a device for once put them down and enjoyed themselves! 10/10 recommend!

Relaxing . Only problem was bathroom sink inside house was almost clogged and one of pic-nik tables outdoors was in bad shape, and the hammoch had mold growining on it and these items should have been removed from property. Other than that everything was fine.

Perfection of a rental!

So clean; if you want the perfect place to stay with family and a dog this is it. Rental has everything. Games for kids, secure fenced in yard, separate space for teens/extra family, golf cart, fully stocked kitchen, huge property, TVs in every room, washer/dryer, pretty space, etc…this is it. Adam was welcoming and responsive. Everything was close by. Very quick walk to the beach. Absolutely a wonderful rental. We were sad to go. Thin Mint was THE BEST!

Perfect in every way!

Our family has been going to myrtle every year for 10 years and we had always stayed in hotels. This was the first time we had wanted to try to bring our animals with us and this place came up and looked great. Adam answered all of my questions and made me feel so at ease with booking through vrbo and with booking with a private place that was all new to me. He was so friendly and understood everything! My kids loved the game room with the fooseball and darts. My youngest really loved the jenga, tic tac toe board, and corn hole. The animals loved being with us the whole time. The fenced in yard was perfect! We spent so much time in the back yard and the back porch. The golf cart came in handy to go to the beach too. The beach chairs and toys were amazing! That was a HUGE plus! The less we have to bring with us from our long trip the better! Thank you for making this trip such a perfect one. We will be staying with you from now on.
