Saluta Mar Vista Grande Unit 710! Abbiamo completato una completa ristrutturazione a gennaio 2018 e aggiunto alcuni tocchi in più a novembre 2018 tra cui pavimenti in legno, backsplash cucina, nuova lavatrice / asciugatrice, ventilatori a soffitto. Sarebbe un piacere avere te e la tua famiglia come nostri ospiti. Non esitate a contattarmi per qualsiasi domanda.

Mar Vista Grande è il grattacielo principale di North Myrtle Beach. Pulito, curato, sicuro e pieno di servizi. Grande piscina all'aperto con ampi spazi lounge; un fiume pigro, vasca idromassaggio e un Tiki Bar privato. Quando vuoi essere al riparo dal sole c'è una spaziosa piscina coperta / coperta con una piscina per bambini, vasca idromassaggio e area giochi. Per coloro che vogliono andare in palestra c'è una moderna palestra con tapis roulant, ellittiche, biciclette, macchine e pesi liberi. Termina con una spa in loco completa con trattamenti di bellezza e massaggi su appuntamento. Infine posizione, posizione, posizione - Mar Vista Grande si trova a 6,5 km da Barefoot Landing e vicino a molti ristoranti e attrazioni.

L'Unità 710 dispone di 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni completi, che possono ospitare comodamente 10 su quattro letti queen size e un re nella suite principale. La nostra unità è stata completamente rinnovata con nuova vernice, legno duro, illuminazione e tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Ogni mobile, dai letti e materassi ai divani e alle sedie, fino al tavolo da pranzo sul balcone espansivo è nuovo di zecca.

Per i tuoi periodi di inattività al coperto, controlla la nuova smart TV da 55 pollici nella camera da letto principale e nel soggiorno. C'è anche una smart TV da 43 pollici nella junior suite e nella camera da letto anteriore. Ogni TV ha un DVR e un lettore Blu Ray dedicati. Il Wi-Fi per laptop, tablet o Netflix è eccellente con un segnale dedicato per l'unità.

We just returned from a stay at this beautiful 3 bdrm. beachfront condo. It was my husband and I and our 2 grown daughters with their families. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this unit. It was clean, spacious, updated, and had every amenity you could ask for. The kitchen was well stocked and their was an ample supply of paper products, soap, trash bags, etc. The balcony was huge with the most spectacular view. The Mar Vista grounds were awesome as well. Numerous indoor and outdoor pools including a lazy river, whirlpool, a kiddie pool and they were all very clean. The Tiki Bar on the pool deck had great food and drinks. The beach was also beautiful and access was right off the pool deck. There was ample free parking as well. Security was very good with gated entrance and exits. I would highly recommend this unit and the hosts. They were very helpful and quick to respond.

Booked for my young adult granddaughter’s daughter and my 90 y/0 mom. Check in and overall communication was superb with Judy and owners. They’ve thought of everything including beach towels, chairs and toys for younger kids. Well stocked kitchen and baths. The view was amazing. Modern furnishings with a luxurious primary BR &bath. Easy access to beach for seniors. Quiet beach and grounds are beautifully maintained and very close to great local dining. Will absolutely stay here in the future.

The condo was perfect for our needs. It has amazing views from the balcony. Decor was perfect. The condo does have beach chairs we didn’t know about which was a real plus! The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had.

This is our second time staying at this condo on the beach. It's absolutely beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The owners are great to work with. The beach is clean, and the area is nice.Fun for the whole family!

This place was exactly as advertised! It was spacious, clean, really nice, in a great neighborhood. The people in the hotel were all very polite. We really enjoyed the pool area and they even had beach chairs we could borrow. Never had to wait for an elevator. And they gave us very detailed instructions on how to check in and how to operate everything in the room. We will definitely stay here again. Our new favorite place at the beach.

We were looking for beachfront accommodations with three BRs and three full bathrooms. This is the perfect location so we could enjoy being together as a family, but everyone also had separate sleeping areas and we could spread out when getting ready to go out. I would not hesitate to stay her again.

We frequent Myrtle Beach and have stayed in various oceanside condos over the years. MarVista Grande has several homes for rent and we love the complex for many reasons. The attached parking, cleanliness, and security all important to us. Not to mention the pools, hot tubs, Tiki Bar, and direct beach access. We have stayed in other homes in the complex and this is far and away THE BEST we have found. Don't bother bringing beach chairs, towels, or worry about your morning coffee because this place has it all. Cooking in? ALL the things you need are there. High quality throughout this home down to the composite deck furniture. Communicated directly with owners, who have graciously shared their home. I brought my family of adult kids and two grandchildren under 3 years old. We had all the room we needed and due to nap schedules and such stayed close to the home. Its quiet! The views are epic. Sunrise on the balcony, or walking the beach which is groomed by the NMB municipality every morning. We will be back! Thank You!

Beautiful property and well appointed condo. The community sits on a nice, wide stretch of beach. The common areas, pool, hot tubs were so clean! We will be back, for sure!

Very clean. Beach was well maintained. Pool area was clean and heated, Big plus! Kitchen needs a refresh of pans and cutlery. Reminded me of “let’s bring all of our old stuff to the VRBO”. For a million dollar property, the details are missing. Poor communication. Left voice mail early evening and mid morning. No response until after I left unreturned VM with owner.

Wow! We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owners made sure it was stocked with everything you would need! From a fully stocked kitchen, paper towels, laundry detergent, books, games, even beach chairs to use! The owners also let us add an extra night which we really appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall the property was really nice. Ran into a few hiccups with some of the appliances…still able to use. The main issue with the unit was there was not enough storage for food and essentials of ours in the kitchen and two bedroom closets were full of owners’ property and unable to put some of our belongings in (luggage, shoes, etc.). Also, two of the mattresses need replaced…middle broken down. This was not a dealbreaker. Enjoyed our stay.

I highly recommend this property for a vacation. Every detail was on point. It was beautiful, Comfortable and Spacious. And also don't let me forget to talk about about that balcony. I loved waking up to watching the sunrise over the beach everyday. We will be back.
