* No Smoking inside the Condo
*Minimum age to book is 25 years old
* No Parties or Events.
* Only registered Guests.
* No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
* Put Dishes in the Dishwasher
* Turn of lights and AC/Heating when out of the property.
* No Pets
* Adjust the Air and heat as needed
* Keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm
* Guests should dispose of the garbage in the trash can.
* Please do not rearrange our furniture
* Fake Tan; please bring your own sheets for the beds
* Damages exceeding the Deposit will be billed to the Guest

Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay; all guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay. We have neighbors that have been instructed to call the police for disturbances such as screaming or loud music. We’re not going to monitor your every move, have a good time, just don`t hold a party or make excessive noise. Please respect my home.
