Great private corner unit with ocean view and lots of natural light. Extensive resort upgrades completed!

This 9th floor condo has new flooring, new paint, granite countertop in the kitchen, a large bathroom and a nicely sized balcony for your pleasure. Enjoy your morning tea or coffee or an evening libation, taking in the sight and sounds of the ocean.

This one bedroom corner unit can accommodate six people, with its two new queen sized beds and the new murphy bed, which neatly tucks into the living room wall. It is located in a newly renovated oceanfront complex which has many amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, on-site dining, giant games, gift shop, fitness center, outdoor grills, etc., and is located close to shopping and restaurants, Coastal Grand Mall, Market Common, Myrtle Beach Airport and all the great area attractions.

We offer a superior, high value, hassle free check in. Our team is available for your convenience 24/7, with a usual response time of 15 minutes. This private unit is located at the north west end of the 9th floor.

I was a little disappointed with the view, it stated oceanfront but actually we were at the back of the building with only a side view, very limited.

The condo was very nice and clean when we arrived. We liked that it’s at the end of the hall with less traffic and thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool. I’d recommend this for a group of 4. It’s not a large space so we felt a bit close together at times but we weren’t in the room much so it didn’t matter much. The host was very clear in the instructions. I’d recommend this unit!

The room was delightful. Comfy beds and clean bathroom and dining/living room. The view was amazing as we saw the ocean and the street which on Saturday provided us with a view of the Shriners parade. We were provided a nice wine and chocolate as we had told the host it was my hubbys retirement and our anniversary coming up. We would most definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the view was beautiful. Access to the beach was great! Instructions for check in and check out was wonderful. The location was perfect for us. The only one complaint would be the sofa, it was not very comfortable, which is a shame because of the view that you have inside the condo.We would definitely stay again!

The condo was fantastic. The Murphy bed in the living area is such a nice feature for friends to have separate rooms. Could use with some better blackout curtains in that room, but not a huge deal. Also a bigger coffee pot, that 5 cup one doesn’t cut it lol. Otherwise I had a great time here, the grounds were large. Lots of different spots to hot tub, or swim. Ocean access was great. Tiki bar left a bit to be desired but handy in a pinch. Would def stay here again.

The room itself was clean but the pools and lazy river needed to be cleaned, had trash and debris floating all around. The location was great and Jeff was very easy to get in touch with and quick to reply. My only complaints were that the room was only furnished with 4 wash cloths and we were a party of 6. (I did ask about this prior and was told there would be enough for our party) Not to big of a deal I just purchased a few extra from the local Wal-mart, just wished I would have planned ahead. The biggest issue was that the resort was supposedly a non smoking resort but our neighbors were smoking (and not cigerettes if you know what I mean). It was so bad that it had our room stinking as it came through the vents. We aired it out and hung out on the balcony but then they decided to smoke out side too. Not that this has anything to do with the room itself but just thought that it should be noted for those who have kids and do not want them around such.

Great Location with Ocean View, but Room Needs Some Updates

The property is in a great location with a nice view of the ocean from the balcony, although it does not directly face the ocean. The unit is part of the Compass Cove Resort but is privately owned.While the space is functional, it hasn’t been newly renovated in some time, and signs of wear are noticeable. The sofa bed is quite old and uncomfortable, and the linens provided for it were disappointing—the pillowcase was torn, and overall quality was lacking.Also, elevator wait times can be long during busy hours, which may be inconvenient.Overall, the location is a definite highlight, but the room would benefit from some updates.

Great oceanfront with lots of pool options!

Condo was exactly as advertised! We had one small issue when we arrived and it was quickly dealt with, so caused no issue at all. They were super responsive so I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Loved being at the end of the hall so we only had neighbors on one side.

Ok for the price point.

The bed was very comfortable, the AC worked well, there was good water pressure in the shower and we didn’t have to wait for the water to warm up. The dark chocolate bar and the bottle of wine were a nice touch. The supplies were not plentiful. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 adults staying for 1 week. There was no dish soap, Kleenex or a dish drying towel and there were only 2 spoons.Regarding cleanliness, the bathroom mirror, patio door and microwave door were very smeared. It looked like someone did attempt to wipe them down but used a dirty cloth or the cloth had a cleaning product on it that was not meant for cleaning glass-like products. The unit is in need of some overall TLC. It needs a coat of paint. The bathroom door doesn't open all the way. The TV only has the very basic cable channels. The cabinetry and draperies were very cheap. The furniture was the most uncomfortable furniture I have ever sat on. The unit is noisy as it faces a busy street. You could tell that this condo unit was in an older converted hotel that had a run down old motel feel. It was unusual for all 3 elevators to work...most of the time only 1 elevator worked. Also, the elevators were in disrepair on the inside as well.I think the unit was ok for the price point but if I had to do it again, I think I might look at others in this price point.

Look before you Book

Our Stay Was NOT GOOD, Bedroom Comforters Had Dog Hair, had White Stains on them , Had take Off Bed, Bathroom Had Clean Shower Curtain Rust On bottom of it, Second Room , Couch was Dog Hair All over it , TV went Next Day in Sitting Area. We CALL JEFF TOLD HIM BOUT PROBLEMS, they came brought Clean Sheets n Comforters. After My Wife Clean Bathroom, We brought Clean Supplies She was Able to Sleep at Night. I RECOMMEND PEOPLES CHECK REVIEW CLOSESLY WHEN BOOKING.

Great Stay!

I have stayed at Compass Cove before, but this was the first time staying at a privately owned condo on property. My family had a wonderful time as always. My only complaints lie with Compass Cove not the owners of this condo. I hope with the property renovations that Compass Cove are currently doing that the elevators are something getting upgraded. But, Jeff, Shelley, and Mayla were fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me out the few times I needed to reach out to them. They were prompt with the replies and the remidies. I will definitely be booking again.

Wonderful Stay at a Beautiful Condo with Partial Ocean View

We recently stayed at this beautiful condo and had a wonderful experience. Although it doesn't offer a complete ocean view, the partial ocean view was still stunning and added to the charm of the place. The condo was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of five, providing plenty of room for everyone.The communication with the property manager was exceptional. Despite having car trouble during our stay, they were incredibly caring and accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay by an extra day. Upon departure, they even took the time to call and ensure everything was okay, which we greatly appreciated.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
