Was great location, everything was clean. Didn't realize that the 2nd bedroom had their bedroom across the hall and not ensuite like the other one. Unfortunately our visit got cut very short due to Hurricane Debbie.

I loved that we were able to check in as soon as the room was clean. The bedrooms had a lot of space. I wish there would have been a sheet with all of the things the complex offered and where everything was located.

This is a cozy place for a quick vacation! I read many of the reviews before choosing this property and knew most were right on. The decor is a bit dated, but the condo is clean and serves its purpose. The reviews talked about the beds and how great they were. Well, it’s true! The beds are very comfortable and we all slept great! The owners were great to work with and let us check in early since we had an earlier flight due to hurricane Idalia. I would rent from these owners again!

My son and his family were in the North and we were South. It was very peaceful and nice. Everything looked just like the on line pictures. However the patio windows were clean from inside but were not clean on the outside. Looking through a little weather residue. I would recommend this location and thank you for your hospitality. We were able to check in earlier than expected. Lobby very clean and had grocery carts that made transporting groceries easier. One downfall there was only four handicap spots which made it kind of inconvenient to walk from car to lobby. Seems like the cars in the handicap spots never moved. Thanks again for everything.

This was by far the most accommodating condo we’ve ever rented! The kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING you need to cook with, along with various spices, plastic wrap and aluminum foil. The appliances were top notch and it was decorated so beautifully. The balcony has the nicest patio furniture. We ate outside several times. There was a hair dryer in both bathrooms, laundry and dish detergent and plenty of clothes hangers in the closets. I packed way too much because so many things were provided. There were no keys to keep up with (the key pad on the door was great). Stephanie was amazing at making sure everything was perfect! My husband, our boys and I LOVED it.

Great property and very clean. Perfect for adults. Not the best for kids. There is a new water park at Kingston. Your kids see it and they want to go. The property owners haven’t paid for the membership so there are zero ways to use it. You can’t buy a day pass or anything. I checked a few times. If you want to you use the water park, the property owners have to pay the membership fee or you need book through Kingston or the Embassy Suites. Something to think about if you have kids. Other than that it’s a great place in one of the best locations in Myrtle Beach.

We normally stay in South Myrtle but wanted to try something new. This unit in the Kingston Plantation was very nice and had easy access to the beach as well as restaurants, shopping and golf. Security was excellent and it was very quiet although we were there during off-season. I'd definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this Condo. Evenings on the balcony with ocean view made for a very relaxing evening. Couple of minor issues were relayed to Mgt and taken care of within a half hour! That was great service! We would come back and stay here again if the opportunity arises!

Great place exactly as stated on VRBO. Looks like brand new carpet in the bedrooms. Kitchen fully stocked. Nice pools and access to the beach. Would do it again in a heart beat!

We so enjoy Kingston Plantation. This condo offers oceanview with 3 balconies, well stocked kitchen, and access to Fitness 78 gym (extra fee). This is our spa and get fit and relaxation spot. It's an oasis from the busyness of Myrtle, yet close to all the dining, shopping, and fun of Myrtle and North Myrtle.

It was a great experience. We love the place very much, but suggest that the please be more cleaned, meaning more dusting. We enjoy it very much. Beautiful place. Hoping in coming back in the near future.

Condo is in a great resort. We have stayed in Kingston for years, and love the location. Cleaning crew could do a little better job and the condo could use some minor repairs. But for the price, not too bad. Management was very responsive. Check in could be better, as you have to drive a ways to get and return the keys,

We loved everything about the property except the sidewalk from the parking lot right near the painted steps up to the carport and into the front SH lobby. The right corner section of the sidewalk is raised up which caused my wife to trip on and fall down on her knees then fell forward. She was walking back from the beach on the sidewalk that goes uphill a tad passed the inside parking lot for members only. The sidewalk was raised up from the ground which causes this problem. She is just one person who is very thankful nothing broke and walked away with skinned knees, both achy bruised wrist and achy shoulder with her hard fall. After she gathered up all her sea shells that flew out of her bucket and picked up her soda can and gathered herself together a ground service man (African American, in a dark gray uniform)was there and told him about the sidewalk and her fall and how the sidewalk needs to be fixed, repaired or flagged someway so others will not fall. She walked into the lobby toward the elevator and saw a women staff worker and told her. By that time the blood was running down her knees and she was very compassionated and wanted me to show her. As we walked out and immediately turned right to go down the steps she instantly knew. She said down there? Yes. Oh yeah we know about it. She said she was sorry and hope I'll be better. Too much to clean up and move on forward of the day we failed to let the VacationMB people to know. We pray no one else will get hurt.

The process from start to finish was seamless. Booking the location was easy. I had issues with my payment method, and the property manager was very understanding and worked with me. Checking in was no problem, and I was very pleased with the condition of the condo. The pictures are exact. I will return!
