Summary:
One of the best oceanfront resorts located in the heart of Myrtle Beach "Golden Mile". This 3 Bedroom with 1100 sq ft accommodates up to 10 guests with a full kitchen, balcony with ocean views, stackable washer and dryer. Resort offers numerous amenities: indoor & outdoor pool & sundeck, lazy river, game room, exercise room, shuffle board and more.

FULLY RENOVATED IN WINTER 2023/2024. A 5 month reno project that will surely capture your attention and create an enjoyable and fun family vacation.

5 STAR ACCOMMODATIONS with a fully renovated brand new modern 3-bedroom unit that will surely take your breath away.
The interior design follows styling and cues from some of the finest 5-star hotels.
The unit includes voice-controlled motorized curtains, an electric fireplace, a Sonos Beam for your favorite music, a Nest thermostat, and a Smart TV.
Bathrooms offer guests classic Harbinger-style porcelain tiles, Simply Human soap dispensers, all-new showers with high-end Grohe fixtures, and frameless shower doors.
Guests will love the hotel-style Bedroom accommodations with new mattresses and new wardrobes to easily organize their personal belongings.
Step into our high-end kitchen with Black Stainless steel appliances, an Induction Cooktop, a newly integrated powerful vent hood, a dishwasher, a new induction-ready cooktop set, and all your cooking needs.

For larger parties inquire about booking both side by side 3 Bedroom Penthouse units. Each space can accommodate up to 10 guests.
To top it all off, the entire condo has high density sound damping panels installed throughout. You will not hear any noise coming from adjacent units.

NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE UNIT. ALL CLEANING SUPPLIES AND DETERGENT ARE PROVIDED FOR GUESTS TO USE DURING THEIR STAY.

Other Things to Note:
New cleaning protocols have been implemented throughout the resort. Housekeeping is using hospital grade cleaning sprays.

The common area bathrooms are cleaned every 15 minutes.

Hand sanitizing stations are installed in each elevator and throughout the resort.

All staff are required to wear masks.

Amazingly beautiful condo!! Every room so well thought out for comfort and so stylish. Will definitely be back on our next family trip to Myrtle Beach! As far as the resort itself, we absolutely loved it!! Water slides for kids, pools (with unlimited towels), hot tubs, bar, restaraunt and poolside food available! Every convenience at your finger tips and best of all waking up to the beautiful ocean view every morning without even picking up your head off the pillow!!! Perfection!! Thank you Andrey for checking in as well and making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic unforgettable vacation!!! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Great condo on the beach!

Condo is steps away from the beach. Has great pools/amenities for kids all ages. The condo was spacious, rooms and bathrooms were nice sizes and there were amazing views of the beach.

Spring getaway

We came down for our sons high school baseball spring training tournament. Actual condo was gorgeous. Very clean. Very modern. Gorgeous views. The property was under construction which was very disappointing. Didn't know this when we booked. Gary, the owner said he wasnt aware it would be either. It was spring so i guess it's to be expected. Overall we had a great time and the condo had everything we needed for our stay.

Beautiful room & owners!

The check-in/check-out process was the quickest I've ever had, and it was so nice not having to keep up with a room key! The room is immaculate. Very clean, open, even better than the pictures depict. The view from the balcony is amazing. We had no issues with anything in the room. When we did have a personal concern arise, the owners were very quick to listen and respond. They could have been selfish and ignored our requests, however they were very understanding and compassionate when it mattered most. I have never met the owners in person, but good character and integrity were heard in the voices over the phone and the words through text. We will be staying in this room again and sharing it with everyone who is interested. 10/10 recommend this room, and any other property these people own!

Beautiful vacation home!!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay lots of things to do to keep the family happy and having fun, staff was very friendly and condo was stocked with everything you need to cook. Would definitely stay here again highly recommend if you have little ones the pool area and slide was a hit for my family. Thanks.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS OWNER MOST IMPORTANT BED BUGS

Horrible. FIRST HE SENT US THE WRONG ROOM NUMBER. Had to call thinking our access code was wrong. He fumbled to find my reservation and finally realized we were sent wrong room. ROOM WAS DECENT nothing fancy cleaning upon arrival was not up to our living standards but ok for a beach rental. DAY 3 My sister found a bed bug on a towel. Called owner immediately. He sent a specialized team in who evacuated us for several hours to steam treat the bedroom the bugs were found in. They did clean the entire place however it was 930 that night before the house cleaning service that he uses off site brought us new linens and bedding since the specialist removed all of that. Keep in mind I have a 4 year old that is normally in bed well before 930 even on a vacation. The owner did provide a discount but did not have other accommodations for us or options to get out. We could not move our entire family out of a 3 bed condo and be able to stay for our family vacation in one place on the spur of the moment. All and all we made it work hope we did not bring bugs home with us. This was the worst vrbo experience we have ever had and I hope that the owner is marked for bad service and communication for future renters because we certainly we not ever use him or his properties again.

Perfect location for family vacation

I highly recommend staying at this property! The view of the ocean and beach from the room is beautiful! We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves every morning and night. The condo was very clean and everything was in working order. Beds were comfortable. I communicated with the owner a few times during our stay and he replied very quickly every time. The pools at this resort were fantastic for our young children - they loved the water slide and shallow pools with waterfall features. If our travels ever bring us back to Myrtle Beach, we will definitely stay here again!

Old Friend Vacation

This Condo was perfect for a girls weekend. It was centrally located in a very nice section of Myrtle Beach. The property had a lot of families which enjoyed the pool facilities. The beach Chair rentals were a plus since we didn't want to lug our own chairs to the beach. The owner was very quick to respond and take care of the small needs we had. Would rent again

Beautiful unit on top floor

This unit is on the top floor of the high rise beachfront property. At first I was a bit nervous due to my fear of heights, but when we went inside the unit I saw how well maintained it was, as well as the views of the ocean and the pool, I was assured and we had a lovely stay! The kids had plenty of space to sleep. I loved having a kitchen to cook meals. The TVs offered lots of entertainment options. The resort kept my kids busy for hours with water slides, the lazy river, and splash park. I was a happy mama!

A Nice Stay

The property is nice, having everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking gear. The bathrooms were in good shape. My only complaint would be that there is moisture on the inside of the sliding door in the master bedroom, which inhibits the beautiful view that I was very much looking forward to enjoying from the bed.

A great, easy week with the family

Spent an entire week at the beach and cannot say enough great things about our stay! Right on the ocean front, tons of pools and activities for kids, we had a blast! The place was clean, stocked with bedding and bathroom towels and enough room to move around. The pull out couch broke from the previous renters and the communication of everything was very upfront and accommodations were made. We will def be back!
