The condo was perfect size for the two of us. It was clean, nicely decorated, well stocked, quiet convenient location, comfortable bed, great water pressure, and easy walkable beach access. We did have an issue with wifi working (hard to connect and then intermittent service). The check-in and check-out process was easy. Yes, the check-in office was a little confusing to find, but we found it. The staff was very friendly. The parking deck is tight for SUVs to make the turns and definitely a height consideration if elevated truck/rack on top. I didn't attempt it since we used the small outdoor lot (approx 20 spaces) for the 16-foot or larger vehicles. It was April so we had no issues with the lot being full. There is no street parking so not sure what folks with large vehicles would do in the summer. Overall, it was great for our short stay, and I would stay there again.

The building had seen better days. The condo is sufficient for 2 people on a holiday. Has a nice balcony where you can enjoy the cool breeze and get a morning tea/coffee. Very clean place, has aircon/heat that I did not need to use so can't tell how efficient it would be if it were 100F outside. It's close enough to the MB boardwalk (need to drive) yet far enough to be away from the noise.

This unit was very homey, we felt like we had been there before and were comfortable! The unit looks just like the pictures, check in was easy and the building to check in was less than a minute's drive from the unit. The location is far enough away from the noise and rowdiness of the strip but close enough that you can easily go for a drive a few minutes away to get to all the action. Beach access is across the street, it was peaceful, calm and relaxing. The unit was clean enough but I still went and got cleaning supplies to clean the kitchen and bathroom because I don't like the icky feeling of not knowing how things are cleaned before arriving. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, linens and towels were available, everything worked properly except the internet. We couldn't connect because the password didn't work, we could've called about it but it wasn't worth it; we just used our phones. Parking was a bit difficult in the garage because it is a very tight squeeze so we parked outside of the garage which was still convenient. The TV had lots of streaming apps, the view was great with nice seating on the balcony. The bed was super comfortable and had a mattress protector which is always a relief because I'm scared of bed bugs! An overall great stay, definitely recommend!

Check in is pretty easy, once you figure out where the office is. The condo building is really nice and has very fast elevators. The condo itself is nice with a patio overlooking the beach. On this particular visit, the AC was not working, unfortunately. So it was very warm inside, making it tough to sleep. This is our 3rd time staying here and this is the first time we’ve had an issue like that.

This property is okay at best. The cleaning staff was late due to personal reasons so we couldn’t check in until 4 1/2 hours after check-in time. The pull out bed was still dirty, although the staff worked very well with refunding me partially, it was still very off-putting. The parking is atrocious! Do not drive anything larger than a smaller SUV, plan accordingly. The parking garage is very tight and limited on each level. All around, the experience wasn’t the greatest but also wasn’t the absolute worst.

Renters had to clean up before departure

The fact we basically had to clean the place is the worst thing I ever experienced on vacation. I will never ever booked anything again with this rental vacation company. I would like the cost of my room reduced since I had to clean. Not fair how yall charge a lot for the room including taxes and other fees but the renter has to clean, oh hell no!!!!

Stayed here for four days. I enjoyed every moment of it. You are in with walking distance of a grocery store, a few other restaurants, and shops if you’re willing to walk about a mile. This condo was definitely more spacious than I was expecting and for sure can accommodate at least five sleeping people. There is a cute bar about a block down with amazing staff, quite a few food options along with great pricing. My only issue or request in the future would be a vacuum to assist with cleaning up sand, along with possibly a bit more cleaning by the cleaning staff of the floors in general. All around this was a great experience and definitely thinking about coming back in September

We had a great stay. Unit was on the 22nd floor, with amazing views of the beach & surrounding neighborhood. Unit was well appointed and comfortable. The elevator was so fast, it was surprising how quickly it got us from the ground floor. The only difficulty we had was with parking & check-in. They have a Large Vehicle parking area, but small cars would frequently park there instead of the available parking deck. We had a difficult time finding the rental office. Once we did, we had to wait at the door of the unit for about 45 minutes before the key would work. Overall, it was a very good stay.

The parking deck was hazardous...too narrow to navigate safely. The tenants furniture needed upgrading badly. The sleeper sofa was unacceptable. The communication for check in, and picking up of parking passes was an Easter Egg hunt, and the call from Elliot properties asking us if the owners could show the property while we were staying was below the belt. I would never stay at this place again.

Parking was terrible. Water pressure was terrible. Air conditioner did not get. Cold enou the pullout sofa was terrible. It was all nodded up and could not use it at all. We had to go out and buy air mattresses and I think we should be reimbursed for those because y’all do not have rollaway beds. and blonde that is covering the door to the balcony broke and it took them two days to come out and fix it.

The condo had a million dollar view which is the only thing going for it. Terrible balcony furniture, especially with a view like that. The shower, toilet and bathroom sink were clean, however the bathroom sink had no running water and the storage closet inside the bathroom smelled horrid. The kitchen area was completely disgusting. One of the cabinets must have had water or some type of damage for quite awhile because the smell was absolutely disgusting. The smell was terrible before opening up any cabinets or drawers. It appears nothing has been done to correct or stop the damage. It made all the cabinets and anything inside have a putrid smell as well. The cabinets all have a weird film as well and standing in the kitchen the smell just lingered. The refrigerator was okay but under one of the drawers it had not been cleaned completely. The mattress in the bedroom did not have a protective covering over it and was lumpy, sagged and extremely uncomfortable. The tv in the bedroom did not work, they were willing to get someone in right away to fix it but we did not want to waste our time dealing with those issues during our vacation. Would not stay in this condo again at all. But we would rent from the rental company again. They were easy to work with.

The area we stayed in was great and the owner of the property decorated it so eclectic and cute. I do want to clarify the cleaning crew did a great job on the condo but the deep clean such as furniture that has stains on the arms and also a picture on the wall has food splattered on it that would need to be cleaned in more detail detail by the owners/additional cleaning service. The view is absolutely spectacular! The check-in was all done by instructional email/text. A little confusing on where to get the check-in instructions with the passcode and getting to the property at the correct address. It was two different locations. We still had a lovely few days and hopefully things can improved.

The bed had no sheets/pillow cases on it, one of the pillows was covered with black curly hairs, there wasn't enough toilet paper to blow your nose, there was no hand soap, and none of the trash containers had any liners in them. I went to the office, showed the pictures that I had taken and was told they had been having "problems". I was handed bed linens and toilet paper! Went to the store to purchase Lysol spray for the bed, a first for me. This was not the way we wanted to celebrate our anniversary. The location was good and the view was very nice.

Not bad, not awesome.

I wouldn’t do it again, simply because the parking situation is atrocious, and the room was very outdated.
