  • Amerai questo condominio 3BR / 2BA molto spazioso situato al piano inferiore in un edificio con ascensore / hall. Questa proprietà ha accesso diretto al garage dall'unità. Questo condominio aggiornato ha tutto il necessario per goderti il tuo soggiorno. Il soggiorno è molto spazioso e confortevole con molti posti a sedere. Ci sono ventilatori a soffitto in tutta la struttura, quindi sarai sempre alla moda. C'è un letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale con ampio bagno privato con vasca da bagno. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha 2 letti matrimoniali, quindi c'è molto spazio per tutti. La cucina è molto grande e ha tutto il necessario per cucinare i pasti e gustare uno spuntino veloce. C'è una grande TV a schermo piatto nel soggiorno, una TV a schermo piatto nella camera matrimoniale e una nella seconda camera da letto. Se è necessario fare il bucato, c'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice per l'uso nell'unità.

    Proiettato sotto il portico è perfetto per cocktail pomeridiani o per rilassarsi con un libro. Questa posizione è tranquilla e offre splendide viste sul Corso Normanno. I campi da golf a Barefoot Resort si trovano nelle vicinanze e ce ne sono quattro tra cui scegliere. Se sei interessato al golf, faccelo sapere e possiamo contattare i nostri golfmaster per i tee time. The Havens è a circa 2 miglia dalla spiaggia e c'è una navetta gratuita che corre in estate che vi porterà all'accesso alla spiaggia. È disponibile ogni ora in alta stagione e ti daremo un programma al momento del check-in.

    L'atterraggio a piedi nudi si trova proprio sopra il canale navigabile e ha così tanto da divertirsi. Scopri Alligator Adventure, Duplin Winery, Alabama Theater per citarne alcune attrazioni. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti tra cui scegliere. Chiedici i nostri preferiti locali!

Great location!

Loved the location! Close to the beach, good food, shopping, and golf, if that’s your thing. Enjoyed coffee every morning on the screened in porch. The bedroom with two full beds was perfect for teenage boys. Kitchen seemed well stocked, even though we only used toaster and coffee maker for breakfast.

The floors need to swept and mopped. There was a lot of hair on the floors throughout the unit. The tubs needs to be disinfected and cleaned. The area rugs need to be washed. I suggest that the company does a thorough walk through behind housekeeping to ensure that the unit’s cleanliness is up to par. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Reviewer Comments: To begin a checkin time AT 4 does not work for us after driving about 7 hours. issues with the condo were : One of the recliners was broken, Garage and patio area absolutely filthy, bed in guest BR had a smell of some sort and had to move to recliner in den. Am sure the owners of this unit had done a good job with furnishings but if they want to be on rental program need to correct these issues.

Perfect for our golf trip in MB

The condo was just as described in the listing, it was clean, the beds were nice and having a ground floor unit with a garage was a nice place to store our clubs. I did contract the property manager asking for the code for the exterior garage door keypad, no one ever called me back. Otherwise it's a great condo in a great resort style community
