Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a wonderful time visiting. Property was a convenient location and so easy to access and work with the property manager. We would definitely go back. Only downside is that the neighbors above the property are very loud. We are used to noise as we have kids but it could bother other guests.

Good location and it was clean. Had trouble getting parking passes. Inadequate amount of glassware and no wine glasses. No box of tissues. 4 pictures attached that are things that broken or did not work. Paint job needed though out. Cheap furniture. Would not recommend it to a friend.
Floor lamb did not work.
Bathroom light did not work
Trash can was broken
Closet door handle falling off

Mother’s Day in SC

Overall the condo was just as pictured. Very nice. Convenient to our family who resides in a unit nearby. We were there visiting for Mother’s Day weekend. The only complaint is the noise that was from the upstairs apt. above at all hours of the night. There was no such thing as “quiet” hours.

Clean place

The apartment was cleaned and decorated well. Our stay would’ve been much better had the tenants above not been so loud and rambunctious. Also would’ve appreciated having a television in the second bedroom.

Clean and convenient

Very clean and close to CCU. The walls must be thin because the people above us were very loud until 11pm and back at it at 6 am. At least the beds were super comfortable so falling back asleep wasn’t impossible. The kitchen is nice, but the coffee maker didn’t work, there are no wine glasses and only butter knives (an issue if you plan to cook). Overall it was a fine place, but a truly fully stocked kitchen and quiet neighbors would have made it perfect.

Clean condo and convenient to Coastal Carolina University. No hair dryer and the coffee machine was inoperable. Also, WiFi not secure.

Great for our family of 4

Very clean and recently updated. Nice shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels provided. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows provided. Nice kitchen with what we needed and large refrigerator. We could hear the upstairs neighbors very loudly around dinner and bed time (8:30 for our kids) but they went to bed around 9:30 so not a huge deal. The sliding glass door lock needs repair.
