Sto progettato con gli affittuari in mente. Ho un grande open space che consente incontri di festa. La mia bella cucina è ricca di piani di lavoro ed è completamente attrezzata con un sistema di acqua filtrata che va anche ai cubi di ghiaccio congelatore. Amerai i miei pavimenti in laminato. Il Lazyboy divano e 2 lettini sono fatte per il relax.

Sono situato all'angolo posteriore del 5000 tratto (# 5701), dove è tranquilla e perfetta per i bambini con le bici e pattini a rotelle. Amerai il mio portico avvolgente con una zona pranzo e sedie a dondolo. Ho un totale di 4 televisori, uno in cucina, soggiorno, e in ciascuna delle 2 camere da letto al piano superiore.

Troverete 1 camera da letto e bagno al piano inferiore con una grande lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il bagno al piano inferiore ha una doccia di dimensioni più che è handicappato amichevole.

La bella scala aperta conduce fino a 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno. Una camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e l'altra ha un letto a castello sopra un completo con un gemello rotelle tirare fuori.

La più di 1 miglio spiaggia è la migliore sulla costa orientale.

La doccia esterna ha acqua calda e fredda e la zona patio è stato progettato con sampietrini.

Abbiamo diritto internet wireless ad alta velocità wireless in questa casa. Meglio di tutti, un carro è incluso nel prezzo di affitto. Leggi le nostre recensioni !!!
La nostra politica è che lasci la casa nelle stesse condizioni in cui lo trovi. Se vuoi un servizio di pulizia, potrei organizzarlo per 125. 00. Dovresti pianificare in anticipo. Si prega di notare che la nostra casa sulla spiaggia ha tutti i pavimenti in laminato ed è molto facile da pulire. I rifornimenti di pulizia sono forniti.

The home was well appointed with everything a family would need. Super clean. I am a super picky person when cleanliness is considered. Layout was nice as grandparents were on the main level and adults and grandkids upstairs. Location was on a quiet street. We took our own sheets and blankets and did not utilize the ones in the closet. The queen beds were very firm. If you do not like a firm bed, I would bring a foam mattress topper. The full size bed in the bunk room was extremely soft. It was a great stay and I would highly recommend this rental!

We had the most amazing stay at this beach house in Ocean Lakes Resort at Myrtle Beach! From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect getaway. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. The layout was spacious and family-friendly, with plenty of room to relax after long, fun-filled days at the beach.The location couldn’t be better—just a quick walk or golf cart ride to the ocean, pools, and all the fantastic amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer. We loved spending mornings with coffee on the deck, evenings watching the sunset, nights in the arcade with our teens and every minute in between soaking up the resort’s lively, welcoming atmosphere.We’ve stayed in plenty of places over the years, but this beach house is easily one of our favorites. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back again soon!

Check-in was simple and the house was easy to find, with adequate Wi-Fi. However, the property was unclean upon arrival. The mattresses were old, stained, sandy and VERY uncomfortable. We spent the first few hours cleaning the bathrooms, purchasing new mattress pads, and wiping out dresser drawers. Several maintenance issues were present, including a broken ceiling fan, non-working golf cart light, broken closet shelves and porch fence gate. The kitchen was well stocked and had a nice lay out. We did enjoy our time on the outside porch but it needs to be swept weekly. We would not likely return unless significant updates were completed. This house could be great but needs to updated and cleaned. Ocean Lakes is wonderful and we enjoyed the ocean, pool, and activities. The neighbor was nice and helped us when needed.

The boys are going to be seniors!

My son and his 3 best friend's will be seniors. This will probably be our last year coming down with this group. They will go off to college and in a flash will have their own family to vacation with. Thank you Camille for allowing us to stay in your lovely beach home. The boys had a wonderful trip.

Wonderful week at the Beach

This was the best house we have rented in Ocean Lakes. Smelled wonderful when we walked in, very clean and felt like home. The only downside to this house was the beds. None of them were comfortable. They all need new mattresses but everything else was amazing. The kitchen was very well organized and stocked with everything you need to cook. They could have a few storage bowls for convenience to keep leftovers. The golf cart was a blessing to get to the beach and back and the kids really enjoyed riding everyday. The owner Camille, was very helpful when I emailed with questions prior to arrival. You can tell she takes great care of her house and is a great home owner/renter. We really enjoyed staying in this house and will definitely try to rent it again in the future. Thank you Camille for allowing us to stay in your beautiful house.

Ocean Lakes was fun and we enjoyed the amenities. The house was fine to stay in but the upstairs toilet wasn't flushing correctly, we found water bottles in the downstairs closet, and trash under the upstairs bed. I'm not a fan of paying a cleaning fee and then having to sweep the floors on my way out, but this was the unspoken expectation at this house. I never leave a house in a mess but was told by the owner it was because we left the rugs on the floor and didn't put the sheets away. I didn't realize we were supposed to do the cleaning person's job for them...

We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. House was just as described and clean, golf cart was included and we loved the covered porch. Easy check in with clear instructions from the owner and house is located in a quiet section of the campground, we look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful Home Away From Home

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this property over a long family weekend. The home is in a perfect, quiet, and peaceful corner of Ocean Lakes. The homeowner was helpful and willing to help us in anyway to enjoy our weekend. We will visit Ocean Lakes again, and when we do, we hope to be lucky enough to stay at this property.

Such a nice house!

We had a great time! The house was exactly as described, large kitchen, plenty of space! The front porch was our favorite spot! The only complaint I could even half way think of would be that the beds weren’t the most comfortable, but no bed is like sleeping in your own!

Loved our stay!

This property was perfect for our large family. We had quite the crew... husband, wife, MILx2, a 4 year old, 2.5 year old, 1.5 year old, and a 2 month old. This was our first time visiting Ocean Lakes and we were so impressed. The house fit the whole family comfortably. The property was clean, just a short ride to the beach on golf cart, and on the quiet side of ocean lakes. The porch was probably my favorite part bc my kids want to be outside 24/7 so when we were at the house most of our time was spent on the porch. The golf cart was also such a nice bonus...my kids were obsessed. I would definitely stay at this property again and recommend it to family and friends.

Great stay!

We loved staying here! The house was very comfortable and in a great location. It was a great place for our family of 3. The only reason I gave cleanliness 4 stars is because I had to mop the floors when we got there due to our feet getting dirty just by walking around. There was also no toaster and where the toaster should be, there were lots of crumbs in the cabinet. Even with those tiny issues, we would definitely stay here again. Camille was great and very easy to communicate with. Plus, having a golf cart come with the house was awesome!

2 star cleaning review...

My intention in this honest review is not to shame the owner but to bring awareness to others who may choose housing based on past cleaning reviews. I truly believe the owner has the best intentions and has put a lot of thought into the home. However, we had several major issues with the cleanliness of this property. Maybe it was just an off week for our stay, but honestly, the house needs a major deep clean. There is dust everywhere, trash under the beds, clogged showers, sticky spots all over the floor, etc. I spent the first day of our vacation vacuuming and mopping, washing bedding, etc, because of the amount of sand and dust present, even on the beds. Even though there were aspects of the house that did not meet expectations and left us disappointed, we had beautiful weather and an amazing time at the beach. We did appreciate the included golf cart, spacious kitchen, and porch area. Best of luck to the host and future visitors, but unfortunately, I doubt we will stay here again.
