Motel a Myrtle Beach

“Worst hotel ever.. It was disgusting!!! The beds had not been changed, toilets had old dried up water spots with dog prints on it and the seat, mold in the freezer, the lamps didnt work nor the TV. The floors had not been swept nor mopped either.. It was awful!!! They would not even give me my refund back nor expedia. Expedia took the hotels side.. As soon as I noticed the mess i went back to the office to make a complaint but it was already locked down before 10:30. I will never recommend...

“The manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. Make her upset in anyway she's kicking you out with no help ,and banning you from the property. ”

“There is black mold on the bathroom ceiling. I reserved a room that was supposed to have a KITCHENETTE, nope. A small refrigerator with rust on it and well used microwave. I was awaken by what i thought to be gum shots in the middle of th night.so i covered my children with my body trying to get them between the beds. But someone thought that it was ok to shoot off fireworks in the middle of the night in the parking lot. Several men came running out of their rooms in a defensive manner as...

“Clean room, afterhousr checkin by phone, nice amenities. Alerted management of a slow draining shower. ”

“Room And staff were horrible. Power went out in our room around 8:30 at night when we tried to tell Steph we could not get a hold of him until the next morning before lunch and they were rude and asked us to leave because of that”

“Very large amount of trash not cleaned up on every floor. Elevator did not work, room was very nasty and had roaches. I would never stay at this hotel again.”
