“My husband and I have enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here every other year, and it has always been a place we look forward to returning to. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was impacted by significant issues with the arrival and valet process. The entrance for check-in and valet service was extremely congested, with cars often left unattended and traffic backing up as guests attempted to enter. There did not appear to be a clear system in place, and the lack of staff directing traffic...

“Canceled my reservation because of the breed of puppy I have. Took two to get a refund. Manger was rude”

“We could hear and see the ocean. The property was broken oked the weekend we were there the pool and hot tub was Everytime we went down. Hit in the hot tub once and it was very nice.”

“Front desk staff were not friendly, when we arrived in the room and try taking shower didn’t shampoo. Requested front desk and took about more than two hours to get them and I was late for my appointment. Next day when they cleaned the room didn’t leave the coffee cups. Also had to request extra towels and they brought next morning on the check out day. Requested for and late check out for an hour they absolutely denied it, I was asking for one hour late check out.”
