The address doesn't make the location. I recommend calling after hours for late check in because you would have to check in at the hotel near by called the landmark. I only stayed a day, but had to get up early to try and get in pool, go to the beach and explore what the hotel has to offer. I was unable to enjoy...

“The view was beautiful, for the price everything was great & as i expected. A little outdated & could use new beds however it was clean, stocked and ready for us. Pools are easy to access and the beach is easily accessible for someone with limited mobility. Close to all the stores and strip. I would definitely book this room again. ”
