Resort a Myrtle Beach

“Nice location, Beds made & towels replaced every day. Fitness center was warm seemed AC was not working. One Bike was not working. Shuttle to the beach was conveniet. Good Service. Breakfast was good. Staff there was great.”

“I’m not sure why this isn’t rated as a 5-star resort. We actually booked it the same night we checked out of another hotel that was dirty, outdated, and nothing like the photos (North Beach Resort…I’d recommend staying elsewhere). Thankfully, we found an incredible one-bedroom oceanfront suite here with a full kitchen, a pull-out couch, and a Murphy bed in the living area, giving the kids plenty of space while letting us enjoy our own room. “We didn’t pay for an oceanfront view, so I knew we’d have a street view but I expected to still have a personal balcony. We got to the room and opened the balcony door to find the roof. When talking to other guests on our floor, we learned that everyone on the 2nd floor without an ocean view had access to the roof. Needless to say, we kept the balcony door locked because it seemed like a potential security issue. The staff was polite and helpful. At first one of our room keys wasn’t working...

“This has been by dar the worst hotel stay of my life. The air conditioning was down in most of the hotel. My room thermostat was at 75 degrees most of the time. An engineer came to assess the issue leading to water leaking onto the carpet from bleeding the unit. An elevator was down leading to long lines in the lobby and having to allow multiple elevators pass since there was no room. Having to walk down the stairs on multiple occasions. Then to top it off on our last day there was a flood...
