  • Stay at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac located a half a mile from downtown Niantic with several beaches located minutes from the house. The Niantic Bay & Play House is packed full of indoor and outdoor games while conveniently located close to several attractions. Sit by the fire pit, play Corn Hole or Frisbee Golf in our large open private backyard. Inside you will find a completely newly remodeled house full of big open spaces to relax with friends and family.

    Our house is perfect for everyone including your furry family member.

This was the second year in a row staying here. It again did not disappoint! Location is great, it’s always clean and ready for us to enjoy our stay and the game room downstairs is always a hit with the kids!

We came to visit a family member for the weekend. This was a perfect place for all of us. The game room in the basement ended up being perfect since it rained. Would recommend got anyone looking to come to the area.

Wonderful time

We stayed at this house for the week and it did not disappoint! Everything was very clean upon arrival and the kids loved the game room downstairs!

Great home! Our family enjoyed the basement playroom and also the fire pit out back. The deck was huge and had comfortable seating and a nice fire pit there too. So close to our fishing location, which is under the Waterford bridge. House was clean and owners always responded right away to any questions I had. Only complaint would be the dip on the top of the driveway. It is very steep and both my car and my sons did bottom out a few times. But after messaging MK about it she said it was ok to park on the street and we did do that. Overall experience was great and we plan to come back in the near future

Great stay

The location was very close to lots of activities. We were able to go go-karting, visit the aquarium and go to the beach. My kids loved the play area. It was just what we needed.

Wedding Weekend

Our family stayed at this lovely home for our daughter's wedding weekend. Everything was perfect! The home was clean, comfortable and well stocked with all the comforts of home. They even had bowls for our pups! The neighborhood was quiet and the yard was perfect for young kids that want to play outside. We highly recommend!

Perfect space for our multigenerational fun

It was mostly rainy so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space but there were enough activities to entertain all of us from preteens thru seniors. The home was comfoetable, well stocked and thoughtfully appointed. We all would enjoy returning!

Birthday getaway

I loved the cleanliness, accuracy and neighborhood of the house. It is very spacious and loved the gaming room! The kids had a blast playing while the adults conversed! Loved that it is pet friendly so I was able to take the dogs. Planning on going back soon! Thank you.

Comfortable and fun

This house was perfect for our short family getaway, comfortable, clean, specious and fun! The kids loved the arcade room and we all spend time together playing many of the board games. The beds were comfortable, there was lots of space to relax, both inside and in the yard. Kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and just a short drive to stores and restaurants. Thank you!

Game Room House

The property was well kept. Enough room for all. House so well stocked with household items. Game room was awesome for all. The kids & adults really enjoyed the competitive competition. Driveway a bit tricky but house at very end of street had wonderful privacy.

perfect location to Niantic and Coast Guard Academy

Host was responsive to request about Air Conditioning and a coffee pot that decided to stop functioning (they understood my need for coffee!) Awesome set up with games, yard and a deep freeze?! We stayed for my daughter’s graduation from the Coast Guard Academy and wedding 2 days later! we could walk to Niantic if not on a tight schedule and the drive to academy was perfect about 12 minutes. My college age boys enjoyed the game basement. Fantastic site!

Too many things wrong about this house to list. From the bee infestation on the deck, to the musty smell throughout the house and moldy window air conditioners. Kids got lots of mosquito bites at night due to temp windows being open from tape being old and not sticking anymore. Non working fridge and owners brought a mini fridge but too small because we brought a lot of food with us and had to even throw food out. Owners pretty much responded quickly but things weren’t resolved during our stay. Was also blamed for a hole in the wall that we didn’t do.

Great Homecoming Weekend

The house was exactly everything we wanted and needed for Homecoming weekend at USCGA. The location of the house was convenient for everything we needed and my husband and son had a great time hanging out and playing old-school video games on our first night there. The amenities of the house were great and there was more than enough room for friends and family to hang out.

Had a family trip planned to look at wedding dresses and venues near Mystic. This house was in the perfect location away from the traffic but close enough to enjoy the area. The house has some quirky things but overall it was a good spot. Enjoyed the yard, firepit and deck.

Perfect for a family gathering

8 of us in our family stayed here for 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend. The house is the last house on a dead end street with a large yard. It’s a pretty spot and very quiet. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of room for all. The kids had a good time in the game room .
