“The A/C didn’t work in one of the rooms we reserved, I requested daily housekeeping service and didn’t get it. The balcony door in one of our rooms didn’t lock so it didn’t seal. GREAT VIEW! But won’t be back to this hotel again!”

“Room and staff were great. Breakfast was uneventful. The pool was small and someone on 5th floor had her whole family there cooking hot dogs under the eaves in parking lot. Some were smoking and there was only one woman had a room. They were dressed very risqué.”

Joellyn was a fabulous host; she served delicious breakfast and offered several tips/ recommendations for activities around the island. The location of the home is near to several other historical landmarks/ museums, the Strand, and the Seawall. “I will definitely stay here again. Beautiful property for the price. Very clean and staff is amazing. Anything we needed (towels or wash cloths) we got immediately. The breakfast had a large selection but didn’t have a lot of flavor. One day was good for breakfast. Beds and pillows were comfortable and there is tons of activities ever hour for the kids. 10/10”

“The property was close to the beach and Walmart and since we were there just to relax for the weekend it was a great location. The home was beautiful and comfortable for 2 couples to stay in without being in each other’s way. The view from the balcony was decent and you could see the ocean. ”

“Everything was great because you could just walk across the seawall to the beach, the air-conditioning was great, the beds were very comfy, and the breakfast was really good, also. Not really a bad thing, but check in time with one visible elevator he had to wait a little bit. But we found the back elevator and that helped. Overall, we had a great stay and time in Galveston! “I liked that the AC worked amazingly! The breakfasts were great :-) The employees were friendly. The only downside was that there were not any blankets or pillows in the room closet for the Couch bed. The night front desk person was generous in supplying what we needed. Overall a good stay. Will come back.”
