“About 15-20 mins out of town depending on traffic. Very easy to get a grab from here. We stayed in a villa and it was spectacular. The mountains views were amazing to wake up to and the villa itself was clean and cozy. We loved all the gardens and vegetables growing around us and the staff had four cats that we ended up giving way too much attention to! Will definitely be staying here again :)”

Large bed, asked and got extra pillows. Good shower. Safe in the room and hairdryer. The staff are amazing. We arrived at 7am from the overnight Vicsapa Train from Hanoi. “Geweldig resort om Sapa te verkennen”

“The room was clean overall but the curtains had several spots/stains on them. The room door would not lock shut from the outside when you are leaving. I was nervous about leaving the whole time I stayed. The pool had no water in it (but it was too windy to swim). The shower flooded and everything was dated and need refreshed. However the staff was very friendly.”

“We booked the design double room with mountain view. Room was spacious and comfortable and we loved the large open windows to be able to look out over the town. Communication for check in was great. This place also went over and above when they found out it was my partners birthday by arranging a birthday surprise for her. I would happily recommend Sapa Chill Retreat for anyone looking to book in here.”

“Valley views were amazing. Meals were good. Staff was especially friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoyed playing with their pets. My kids loved playing darts in the lobby. Since it was low season, I felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves. There's not much around the immediate vicinity, but you can take an inexpensive Grab to the village in the valley or walk down if you don't mind walking back up.”

“There are many choices in Sapa, better choose others. It located directly on the road, one side with the valley view, other is directly view to other hotel. However noisy both side. It not exactly same like in the pictures, remember, other side is look directly to other hotel's room.”
