Christina at the front desk was especially very nice and helpful and made my experience even better. I truly appreciated the excellent service and gladly stay here again.”

“I just left from a 2 night stay at this hotel and I can honestly say this was the best hotel experience I’ve had. The room was spotless, every staff member we interacted with was friendly and smiling. Breakfast was great and had options of everyone! Check in and out was quick and easy! Anytime we are back in Nacogdoches, that’s where we will be staying!”

“To cold for pool. Rooms just plain dirty. Bath tub walls old hair stock on them. Towels stained . Spiders. Extreme humidity inside the room. Floor was so damp we had to keep wearing shoes. ”

“I used to live in Lufkin and figured the hotel would be pretty good if it's associated with one of Lufkin's best restaurants. I was VERY wrong!!! Here are some pictures to prove it. I have no clue why we were given the handicap room. But it was what it was. We didn't even shower, we just wanted to get out of there!”

“Good breakfast. People at the reception very kind. Room with a continuous unpleasant smell. Beatle in the bathroom. Leakage from the window and wet towel left near to the window”
