Christmas get away

We came to join in on the town’s Christmas festivities but the weather interfered with our plans, however your house made for a nice retreat from the weather. We found it very cozy and comfortable.

Nice House in a nice Neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay over the Labor Day weekend. It’s centrally located to town and easy to get anywhere in town. The house has updated appliances in the kitchen and the house is beautifully decorated. This is an older home but the owners have done a great job to make it comfortable for their guest.

Summer Graduation 2024

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. A few points to note: (1) Air Conditioner could get it no cooler than 75 degrees during the heat of the day (and it could only get it to the desired 70 degrees at night after sun went down). (2) Some windows do not lock even when they appear to be locked (such as utility room window). (3) Mattresses in bedroom closest to back door and in bedroom with four poster bed should be replaced, as neither were very comfortable. The other two rooms were fine, based on feedback from individuals staying in those two rooms. Overall, however, the stay was very good, as you can see from my overall ratings.

Exceeded expectations!

Everything about the house was fantastic. Plenty of space, nice outdoor seating area and grill. The best part was the hosts where fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I strongly recommend this location. I will be back!

Hughes Street Stay

This house was absolutely perfect and the owners were very accommodating. The way the rooms are set up is perfect for giving group members the privacy they want, as well as having common space for us to enjoy each other’s company. The place was spotless! The location is perfect for a visitor to Nacogdoches and there is outdoor privacy, though it’s on a busy road. It was walking distance from the multiple places we needed to be. I would book the house again, for sure!

Perfect house for a girls trip/reunion

Four of us stayed in this house this past weekend while attending our sorority reunion and SFA’s 100 year celebration! The house was very cozy, comfortable and in a great location. We said over and over again how much we liked it! Highly recommend!

Fantastic! Great Girls Weekend Spot!

Amazing property! The location is walking distance to food, Main street and shopping. The home is cozy, comfy and clean! It is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Place, Great Location

We stayed here for a quick work trip in NAC. The house was perfect for our team. We hung out, played some card games and dominos. The location was also perfect for us. Minutes from anything you need!

Great Place in Nacogdoches

Nice place to stay. Lots of bedrooms for the family. They had plenty of dishes, etc. We were able to walk to the Fredonia and around the neighborhood.
