Hotel oreso solo per una notte, camera grande ma in condizioni fatiscenti, bagno apprentemente pulito ma con una puzza costante di fogna. Hotel da fiml horror... lo eviterei.

No receptionist and needs to communicate by whatapps. A little confusing how to get in the doors. Nice it has working elevators. The building seems to be shared with other apartments. Asked for service, but towels were not replaced. Did not vacumm. The St. Stephen church is nearby and you'll hear the bells rang.The place is fine.

Unfortunately, my experience regarding room service was disappointing. On the first day, my room was not cleaned. When I reported this to the reception, I was told that the property does not provide full daily room cleaning, which I can understand if that is the hotel’s policy. However, I was also informed that staff would still regularly collect used towels, empty the trash bins, and check the room. After my complaint, I was specifically told that someone would come within a few minutes to collect the used towels, but nobody ever came. Furthermore, during the rest of my stay, even after I started leaving the required sign on the door, the promised service was never carried out. My main concern is not the lack of daily room cleaning itself, but the fact that the service described by the reception staff was never provided despite my report. This was disappointing and negatively affected my overall experience.
