“It’s a lovely location away from the busy areas. Staff have excellent service. You can not walk anywhere outside the property. Breakfast was good. We did not get to use the infinity pool - but views from there are spectacular. ”

“This was a great place to stay with a nice compound with some wonderful views. The property was well maintained and kept very nice and clean. The staff was also very professional and extremely helpful although there were a few hiccups (will share below). Overall, this was a great place and we would choose this place again. Having said here are are some things that weren’t ideal. 1. It seemed that they had mopped the floors of the rooms using some disinfectants without following up by mopping...

“The property was exceptionally well maintained, and the staff were polite, welcoming, and highly informative throughout our stay. The cafeteria offered an excellent variety of food choices, all of which were enjoyable. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, and the view from the room was absolutely phenomenal. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.”

“Nothing else to say. This place is fantastic. I really enjoyed the Adult only pool. Thank god! There were lots of kids running around like lunatics on the ground floor at times but not at the pool! So great, I stayed another 2 nights ”

“Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall.”

The staff were exceptionally helpful, meals wonderful and guided nature walks a wealth of fascinating information. “Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness. ”

“Hotel itself is up a very steep hill and a bit far from Munnar, only suitable if you have a driver. The staff are what make this hotel and the views. The hotel itself is quite noisy as the rooms are around an atrium and not we’ll sound proof. We were unfortunate to stay when a large Indian family were also visiting and they were extremely noisy going between rooms and shouting in the corridor/atrium. The staff moved our room and helped as best they could.”

“こんな所にホテルがあるの？という山の上にホテルはあります。雲の上にいるみたいで、素敵なところです。行くまでの道が狭いので運転手を頼んで周辺に出かけるのが良い。また運転手を手配してくれます。ウェルカムドリンクのスパイスコーヒーは、飲んだだけで癒されます。毎日の朝ごはんは、種類が豊富でおいしかった。朝のガイドつきの散歩、周辺の観光地について教えてもらった。ホテルの中のアクティビティも種類がたくさんあって良かった。スパには行かなかったけれどよさそうでした。ゆっくりしたかったので、いくつかを訪ねてみました。本当にゆっくりできました。ありがとうございました。”
