“Nicely presented and clean”

“Upon arrival, staff member was very courteous and helpful. Cabin was nice. Smelled like mould in the cupboards. Microwave didnt work. Leaks in the bathroom from the shower and under the sink. An hour of our stay was taken away as we left the cabin for breakfast and came back to find the cleaner in our cabin. Staff upon leaving did nothing to deal with us having an hour shaved off our paid time. Overall, was an ok stay. Grounds were clean. Amenities were nice.”

Checking in after work on a Monday was poorly timed- My check in was commensurate with ten people ordering after-work drinks. Free ear plugs are provided to block out the noise of the 1am street brawls below. “Check-in was not obvious but easy once worked out”

“On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay) we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave...

“We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable . It’s clear to see that all the staff are happy in their roles and enjoy working there. Some standouts include Julie, Georgia and Peter.
