Hotel a Nagrota Bagwan

“The rooms were pretty decent but had issues with the bathroom exhaust which was not working properly hence emitting foul smell in the room. Breakfast was not at all upto 4 star standard in terms of spread and taste. ”

“Good location but it gives you a feeling of staying in a budget hotel… despite charging good amount for stay, the hotel does not offer basic amenities in the room like slippers, tooth brush kit, soap etc You will have to ask for everything!! Toilet seats are too small and uncomfortable- it’s kids size only so anyone with good physique and height will feel very uncomfortable! Overall 3 star experience - could have been better as I have stayed in much better hotels in Palampur. This place is...

“Namami is an oasis of comfort and sophistication in a remote location of Himachal Pradesh. In close vicinity of a hugely popular pilgrimage, its location adds a great value to the property. The hotel is equipped with all that a guest may expect of a 4-star property. The dining facilities may need an upgrade but the warmth and simplicty of the staff makes up for the deficiency in variety of cuisine. Overall a very good experience that compels one to come back and stay with them again.”

“Staff was not that helpful and accommodating”

“Room was clean, staff was very kind and helpful, dinner in the restaurant hotel was great (we came when they were closing and they waited for us)”

“Amazing building history and wonderful staff ”

“Amazing hotel had a fabulous time superb location stunning view but what really made it was the staff who made us feelso at home nothing too much trouble. Big shout out to Vijay who elevate our whole stay with his help and friendship”

“A bit away from the central market but very peaceful. It is mini tibet. The rooms are spacious. Hotel serene. Staff very helpful. Ms. Rupali receptionist, ms. Cherry, himmatbhai and all restaurant and room service staff polite and always helpful. Food needs little improvement. Every room must have hot water geyser or boiler. They have solar connection for hot water but it takes time to get hot water. In house laundry is an advantage. Rates are reasonable for all services. We have stayed there...

“Great place for family”

“Lovely budget hotel, tucked away in a quiet valley just outside the town. Clean enough, spacious, the staff were friendly and attentive all week. The breakfast and food were excellent. A little shop next door had decent supplies The price was reflected in bedding/towels that were absolutely fine but could do with a refresh. No midstay room clean so you sort yourself out. Main criticism is hotel pulls its shutters down at 10/10:15, sometime earlier, leaving guests stranded outside banging or...
