The Sandbar Life è una moderna casa sulla spiaggia di seconda fila arredata e decorata per offrirti una vacanza divertente e rilassante. Ci sono mobili a sdraio compositi per godersi gli splendidi tramonti e guardare le onde che rotolano sulla spiaggia. Questa casa sulla spiaggia con 5 camere da letto, 3. 5 bagni, 3 livelli situata a Dolphin Run nel villaggio di Nags Head, che include l'accesso al Village Beach Club, al Club della comunità privata con ristorante e piscina sull'oceano di dimensioni olimpioniche, campi da tennis, parcheggio privato sulla spiaggia e accesso in stagione. Il livello principale è aperto con vista sull'oceano con camino a gas nella Family Room e tavolo da pranzo extra large per 10 persone. Il Sandbar ha una vasca idromassaggio privata ed è amico degli animali. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti e intrattenere. Il secondo piano ha una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Camera matrimoniale al primo piano con bagno privato. C'è un tapis roulant disponibile per l'uso. Il Sandbar ha una vista sull'oceano dai ponti posteriori ed è solo una breve, meno di 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Parcheggio coperto e strada privata per i veicoli. Il Sandbar si trova in un vicolo cieco e ha un obiettivo di basket privato. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per divertirti o rilassarti è vicino, negozi, ristoranti, attrazioni. Back again. Feels like home.
Once again we retuned to true same house we’ve rented the past several years. It’s comfortable, clean, has everything we need. The location is perfect for us. It’s clean and ready. Charles always is just a text away and responds quickly. We love his home and that we can treat it like ours for a week every year. We wouldn’t go any where else. My self. My daughter and her two kids. My sister. My mother and 5 grandchildren I raise. 11 plus the dog and it’s perfect!!!!!

OBX vacation
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The only downside was that the close beach access was under construction and closed so had to drive to beach access.

Our stay at the Sandbar
The house was fantastic and well appointed. Close to many restaurants and the grocery store. We liked that it is located in a quieter section of Nag’s Head. Very close to the beach, but during our time there the beach ramp across the street was closed for construction. We had to find a different beach access, but that wasn’t an issue. We liked, as others have said, that the light switches are labeled – that is a nice touch. There are many things to do if you don’t want to do the beach, all very close to the house. We visited Bodie Island Lighthouse, Jockey’s Ridge State Park, the Wright Brothers Museum/Memorial, and the Aquarium in Manteo. All are within a few minutes’ drive. We loved the hot tub, and it was very well maintained. One point to mention: while there are TV’s in every bedroom, they are not all hooked up to cable/roku. We brought our own Chromecast, which solved the problem, but had we not, it could have been an issue since we had a few bad weather days. Overall, we found the house to be very family friendly, clean, and with everything we needed for a week’s stay. We would highly recommend the Sandbar!

Outer banks getaway
The house was fantastic. Location is amazing, beach access a 3 minute walk, close to all of the stores (Food Lion, Food Market, Duck Donuts!). Clean, comfortable and well equipped. We will look to stay there again for sure!

Excellent location
This property overall was great. The location to the beach access was ideal. The property was really close to a couple grocery stores and several restaurants. The house had everything we needed to prepare our meals for the week. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the house. I went through and vacuumed the house before we settled in and found dust and hair balls behind some furniture but I suppose that’s to be expected with a pet friendly house. One of the toilets hadn’t been cleaned very well. However, with all that being said, we will highly consider this house for our vacation next year.

Excellent Property
The house is fantastic. The main living area, master bedroom and bathroom are updated, modern and clean. The beach access within a couple of minutes walk and there are multiple excellent restaurants within a short drive. I'll definitely rent this property again in the future.

Large and Homey
Charles’s home has a great layout for large families and also works well for just a couple. The master is on the top floor with the living room, kitchen, half bath and a deck facing the ocean and one facing the sound. No need to climb the steps unless you are leaving the house. We have rented many VRBO homes in many locations and this was the first one where there is a very obvious first aid kit available. That is such a great idea! The light fixtures for the whole house are labeled which is another small touch that goes a long way. As others have mentioned the home is well stocked with everything from the kitchen to the outdoor closet with bikes and beach gear. The extra large laundry room is also a plus. Communication with Charles was terrific. Sadly we had to leave a day early due to Ophelia but the rest of the week was perfect at the beach!

Perfect for Family Fun
This was the perfect stay for our mix of families with kids ranging in age from 8 months to 15 years old. The location is amazing - public beach access is a short walk away and there was access to a community pool when we needed a break from the beach. The kitchen is well appointed and had enough dishes and utensils for everyone. And Charles was very responsive and always got back to us in a timely manner. We had a great family vacation here and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The Perfect Spot
We had a fantastic stay at Charlie's home! The house was wonderful and stocked well with everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. They kitchen has it all so its very easy to stay in and cook or grill. Our only complaint about the house was the comfortableness of the beds. The masterbed was fine but the others could definitely be updated. The location is perfect. So close to the beach and The Village Beach Club which we love having access to! Its so nice to be able to spend the day at the beach and then end the afternoon at the pool before heading home. Charlie's house even has beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and bikes...you don't have to bring a thing! Lastly, we were so grateful to bring our dogs with us. Being a pet friendly house, it was completely clean and you would be none the wiser that pets stay there. Overall, I highly recommend The Sandbar Life!!
