Situato sull'Oceano, appena fuori da Beach Road e nascosto nel cuore di Nags Head, questa graziosa residenza cittadina vi catturerà con le ninne nanne dell'Oceano Atlantico; tutto quello che dovete fare è uscire sul ponte Oceanfront e respirare a fondo l'aria dell'oceano mentre osservate l'infinita riva del mare o il Roanoke Sound. Potresti anche voler rilassarti nell'unico nido di corvo, che è il luogo perfetto per gustare una bella tazza di caffè o un tè caldo mentre ti rileggi su quel libro che avevi intenzione di fare. The Sea's Embrace delizierà i piccoli viaggiatori del tuo gruppo con la loro stanza. Il condominio è stato completamente rinnovato! Dalla cucina ai bagni, a tutti i nuovi mobili (compresi i nuovi mobili per esterni), nuova lavastoviglie, 3 TV a schermo piatto e nuovi pavimenti - persino nuove finestre, porte, pareti e pavimenti!

Excellent - the entire family loved the house! super clean! very modern finishes

We absolutely loved the house. 3 adults, 2 seniors, 3 teens. Everyone was pleased with the modern finishes, super cleanliness, and great amenities. We have nothing to complain about, it exceeded our expectations. Great direct access to the beach, close to everything in Nags Head, access to community pool, tennis court, across the street from Food Lion. I'm ready to come back again. The place was spotless. Everything was in it's place, easy to use, and everything worked

Beautiful home, great amenities

Would highly recommend this beach house. The location is superb, near many restaurants/attractions. The home is beautifully decorated with so many sitting areas. The proximity to beach and the various decks are great. We had a great time and will look to stay here again if we come back!

Awesome views, close to the beach!

So let me start by saying this was our first Oceanfront house experience and we will never do it any other way! The convenience of it and with toddlers cant be beat! I will start with positives first! The location of the house is great, right near food lion and fresh market and publix less than 10 min down the road, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. House is very updated with nice quality decor. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is nice and updated and is stocked with anything you could possibly need! There is plenty of seating for everyone and nice little tucked away places for people to get some quiet time! The deck is amazing and probably where we spent most of our time. there are 4 adirondack chairs where we watched every sunrise and sunset! its just so nice to stand out there and look at the ocean and hear the waves at night. For those with small kids there is a gate that closes off the deck leading down the stairs for safety, so that was a huge plus for us! there is also a table on the deck for more seating and a place to eat. We did get beach umbrellas and chairs through farm dog services and they set of the beach equipment and take down every day so we dont have to do it! That was def worth it with little kids too! The internet was fast and there was two zone air conditioning. Direct tv too, so that was nice. So now for the few critiques, upon opening the door for the very first time, I knew right off the bat that the floors had not been cleaned. I know its normal do wipe down counters when you get to a beach house and clean a few things for your own sanitary needs but this was just gross. I was not comfortable walking barefoot in this home. I spent the whole next morning sweeping and mopping the whole place. I did reach out to the realty company and they did apologize and offer $125 back to our credit card for the inconvenience. The whole place just needs a deep clean. there was dust everywhere. Just really sad for just such a newly renovated place and how nice it is. company needs to update pictures and what the house has. due to covid, im assuming the games and books for kids were taken out. There is no hammock either like you see in the pictures. If you have older people in your crowd, there are a lot of steps to go up and down. We did have to rent linens so know it does not come with any. you need to bring all your own beach gear. All in all, we may rent again! just needs cleaned better!

Amazing house with amazing location

Would definitely recommend this place! You can’t beat walking a few steps every day to your private beach area! The house itself was very clean and updated. Great experience! The initial check in/communication with the property manager was a little discouraging, but once we were in the house it was well worth it! The only complaint really is that the pool was closed and no one told us before hand. We were looking forward to using it with our toddlers.

Started out rough but improved

Started rough when we got to the rental unit when we noted that we did not have sheets or towels, despite paying over $100 for these items to be included. Contacted the housekeeping department, they were apologetic and informed me that they would be refunding me for the extra paid for sheets and towels. Was also informed that they would bring the sheets and make up our beds, which would have been nice considering we were tired from driving 15 hours. Approximately 15 minutes after talking to the housekeeper on-call that day, there was a knock on the front door. When I made it to the door there were two large bags sitting out front with sheets and towels inside. The person delivering was gone. Had to make our beds and stock the towels throughout the rental unit. It May not sounds like a big deal but when you have paid over $100 for linens you expect more than a drop and run. Oh by the way, still have not seen the refund. One other frustration was that the pool was closed. Not sure what NC's requirements for pools are due to COVID, but would have been nice for the rental company to post on the website that the pool was closed (maybe I missed it, but I don't think so). Just so we knew before we booked. More on the closed pool to follow. Ok, done with the negative aspect of the review. The house was perfect, could not have asked for a better setting. Right on the beach, and what a perfect beach it is. The beach has a perfect complement of sand with small patches of shells for shell hunting. Not only was the beach perfect, but once you made it into the ocean you were met with a sandy bottom, no stepping on sharp shells here. Then you could either take on the impressive waves or you could lounge on one of the sandbars. This perfect ocean setting negated any of my previous concerns about the closed pool. As for vacationing on the outer banks, definitely a great place to visit. Plenty to do for all interests; nature, history, adventure, relaxation, and more. Did not have a poor meal our whole trip, every place we went had very enjoyable atmospheres and even better food. Definitely check out Fish Heads in Nags Head. One member of our party went out on a charter boat and caught a fairly good quantity of fish. I am not much of a fisherman so I wasn't as impressed with the fish he caught as I was with the stories he brought back. While he was out there he encountered sea turtles, sharks including hammerheads, and porpoises. One last recommendation,

We had a great experience at this rental! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies! The location was beautiful. Very clean! Our only complaint was the WiFi never worked well. But we would definitely return!

Great location, updated house

The house was beautiful, completely upgraded! The views from the living room and top porch are amazing! Just a few steps from the beach! We rented chairs from Ocean Atlantic Rentals, and they had the chairs waiting for us on the beach every morning. This was very convenient. The location of the house is perfect to anything you might need. The grocery store is about 2 mins away, and there are also several restaurants very close by. I was skeptical of the shared pool, but there was no problem with it. Pool was very clean and not crowded. The only thing to note is that the house does not come with towels or linens. Those do have to be purchased separately. This is a wonderful house and we hope to visit it again!
