There are all types of Summer Fun to be had at this beach cottage in Nags Head! Centrally located near shopping, dining, and recreation, the entire family will enjoy the direct beach access and private pool. Lounge around on the sun or covered decks, have some fun in the Game Room, or work up a sweat with a game of basketball. Don't forget to bring the four-legged family members as this home welcomes them to stay too. Whether your family spends long days in the pool or game room, or enjoys the myriad of attractions and restaurants in the surrounding Nags Head neighborhood, Summer Fun is the prime destination for enjoying the beach life with style. Make your reservation for a sunny vacation, and discover the best of the Outer Banks with a taste of Summer Fun.

When you pull up this wonderful beach house, you'll see that there's already plenty of exciting things to do outside. Grill up your fresh, local catch from one of the nearby fishing piers in the Grilling Area to enjoy together outside in the Picnic Area. Take a dip in the Private Pool* or rest your muscles after a day at the beach in the warm, bubbly Hot Tub nearby. And when you're ready to go to the beach, get the sand in your toes just 1-Minute North at the Baltic Street Beach Access. Inside on the Ground Level, you'll find not only an Elevator that goes to all levels, but a Game Room with its own Kitchenette with Full-Size Refrigerator to enjoy added time with your family. Take advantage of the Laundry Closet with a conveniently-located Washer and Dryer that ensure easy middle-of-the-week washes and quick towel fluffs to get you back out to the beach faster! Get some rest in the King Bedroom with an adjoining shared Bathroom with wide doorways and handicap rails.

On the Middle Level, enjoy your favorite beach read or a cup of coffee on the Covered Deck. And when you're ready to get some sleep, make your way to the King Master Bedroom with a TV and Full Bathroom or the Queen Bedroom with a TV and adjoining Shared Bathroom. For the kids, get them all set up in the Bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk and Trundle, a TV, and the adjoining Shared Bathroom. This way, you've got everyone you love close while still giving everyone their space.

And when it's time to enjoy family time, take the Elevator up to the Top Level where you can relax in the spacious Living Area with a Flat Screen TV that's fantastic for family movie night. Whip up something delicious in the open Kitchen with modern appliances to enjoy at the Breakfast Bar, which has convenient seating for 4, or in the large, open-concept Dining Area with plenty of seats for your whole family to enjoy as you take in the brilliant Outer Banks sunshine through the many windows. A Hallway Half-Bathroom with Handicap Rails helps keep everyone comfortable and when it's time to enjoy those brilliant ocean views, you can make your way out onto the Large Sun Deck and Covered Decks that are so comfortable for a perfect afternoon.

Explore the Heart of Nags Head
Visitors will love the prime location in the heart of Nags Head where they will be able to walk to great restaurants, shops, and other local attractions. Check out the nearby Seagreen Gallery full of local art, jewelry, souvenirs and other items made from recycled materials. For lunch, pick up some steamed crab legs, a classic burger, a tasty sandwich, or some fried oysters from Red Drum Taphouse. For dinner, try Dirty Dick's Crab House or Mahi Mahi's Island Grill. To see the area's natural beauty, climb to the top of Jockey's Ridge State Park (the tallest living sand dune on the East Coast) or take a walk through the Nags Head Woods (a natural marine forest full of local flora and fauna). Several fishing piers line Nags Head's wide, open beaches and allow for anglers of any skill level to try their luck reeling in the biggest catch. For a day of shopping, try the Outlets Nags Head or head to a neighboring OBX town for a little exploration. No matter how you want to spend your vacation, you'll love every moment at Summer Fun.
