Good Times Never Seemed So Good
Good times will never seem so good as when you book Sweet Caroline for your next Outer Banks vacation! This gorgeous 4-bed 2.5-bath home in South Nags Head with ocean views is perfect for your family. At less than 200-ft from the beach access at the end of the road, you'll love spending lazy summer days by the waves.

As you pull up to this beautiful blue cottage, you'll be impressed with the well-manicured lawn while finding plenty of parking space. The dry entry beneath the carport makes loading and unloading a breeze. You'll also enjoy an enclosed outdoor tiled shower for rinsing off after the beach, a covered patio area with picnic table for alfresco dining, and a grill for convenient summer barbecues. If you find yourself preparing more food at home, rather than eating out, you'll love the 2nd fridge, located under the house! And while you're setting the picnic table, your little ones can keep themselves busy playing in the large sandbox right under the deck. The laundry and a half bath complete the lower level.

Walk upstairs to an expansive great room with comfortable furniture, plenty of natural light, and tiled floors throughout. Gather in the living area for a family movie night or to catch up on your favorite TV show. A spacious eat-in kitchen features bright white cabinets, plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances and a dining table with space for 8. A stand-alone island separates the space and has additional bar seating for 3.

The four bedrooms are located to the left and right of the main living area with two bedrooms and a bathroom on each side. Choose between a Queen room with TV and a desk area, a second spacious Queen room, and two rooms that each contain 2 Single Beds—perfect for the kids! One bathroom features a shower/tub combo while the other has a standing shower only. Outside, a large deck is the perfect place to soak up the sea breeze with lovely views of the ocean on the horizon. For a little shade, step outside to the pergola-covered deck off the kitchen where you can enjoy sipping your coffee as you prepare to start your day.

Convenient South Nags Head Location
Visitors will love the South Nags Head location of Sweet Caroline! Although you will be just a couple minutes away from great dining, shopping and local attractions, you'll also be on a quiet stretch of beach that is less crowded and perfect for a family beach day! Just down the road, be sure to visit the Bodie Island Lighthouse where you can climb up to the top for a gorgeous 360-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding marsh land. If you don't feel like cooking in the morning, head to Sam and Omie's for a delicious home-cooked breakfast. For lunch or dinner, order some fresh seafood from Miller's Waterfront Restaurant, Sugar Creek Seafood Restaurant, The Dunes, or Owens—all within 5 miles of the home. The Outlets Nags Head offers great deals at popular shops like Gap, JCrew, Banana Republic, Carter's and more! With so many places to explore and such a charming cottage to come home to, you'll want to make Sweet Caroline your temporary home every time you return to the Outer Banks!

Perfect location

The house was small but easily accommodated 7 people, 4 decent size bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Plenty of outside space to sit and listen to the waves at night( you can see the beach from the front deck) The location was perfect, quiet family friendly and just steps to the beach!
