Il nostro cottage Sand Fiddler dispone di 7 camere da letto, 7 bagni -2 con vasche idromassaggio e può ospitare fino a 26 persone!

La piscina di acqua salata è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi. (aperto dal 13 aprile al 30 settembre 2019)
Questa casa è dotata di rampa per disabili e ascensore.

Avrai una fantastica vista sull'oceano da uno dei 6 ponti e anche una bellissima
vista del Santuario Nazionale della Spiaggia di Hatteras.
È un dato di fatto, il ponte anteriore è il luogo ideale per gustare la colazione sul tavolo esterno e sulle sedie mentre si guardano le onde e si crogiolano al caldo sole delle Outer Banks.

Trascorri un po 'di tempo in famiglia nella grande sala e goditi il tuo programma TV preferito su una delle tante TV a schermo piatto situate in tutta la casa. Aggiunti di recente 60 "TV!

Ci sono soffitti della cattedrale, lettori DVD e connessione internet wireless.

Big place with great location

For our family reunion, no kids, this was perfect. It was roomy, comfortable and well appointed. We cooked in and ate out. It was easy for both due to two fully supplied kitchens and a great location. The bed were very comfortable and the foosball and pool table made for some spirited competition. We were all more than satisfied.

Awesome

The house was perfect for our family! Plenty of space! Communication with host was excellent! I would only “warn” about the prickly plants. They are everywhere so wear your shoes at all times and check your animals paws for them frequently. Other than that we had a wonderful time in a wonderful house with a wonderful host!!!!

This property was well equipped with all necessary kitchen supplies. My only concern is that my car was damaged by the crumbling driveway. When I spoke to the owner, she was extremely unprofessional and did not believe that my car was damaged by driveway. She said that one of her employees saw me ride off the driveway.

House is well set up for a large family gathering - plenty of gathering spaces, porches and comfy furniture on every level. We cooked most of our meals at the house and the kitchen was well stocked for that! Beach access right across the street.

Perfect for Family Vacation

If you are looking for a place to vacation in OBX and have a large family group, this is your place to rent! The house is beautiful inside and has everything you need to live comfortably for the week. The staff were VERY accommodating. Ronni was great to work with. We had a minor issue with a door and the maintenance man was there quickly to look at it. We were missing one set of sheets for a bed, and the house manager delivered within the hour. The house is located across the street from the ocean, but the walk to the ocean was not unmanageable. If oceanfront, it would have been perfect! The kiddos loved the movie and game rooms and had a fun time playing on the outdoor ping pong table. We vacation over the 4th of July and anticipated being crowded and congested. But never had a problem getting around or waiting in lines. I would suggest making dinner reservations before travel to the area, because they restaurants fill up fast. Highly recommend choosing this location for your stay!!

Wonderful get away

It's a new tradition to go away for New Year's. Three generations. Plenty of room for our large family. Beds were comfy and everyone had their own room. We didn't use the bottom floor except for one bedroom, but it would totally be useful in season when the pool is open. The only unnegotiable items in our search is pool table and elevator. This house has much more!

Great place for a large group!

This house worked so well for our family gathering! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, and the only house we've ever stayed at with a dining room table that all of us could fit at! It was very clean and just across the street from a beautiful beach! Kitchen had plenty of supplies and hosts were very responsive.

Wonderful family beach week

This is a spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable property for a large multi-generational group. The house is exactly as advertised, the beach access is easy, the kitchens have every appliance and utensil one could want for a wonderful week of cooking, eating and relaxing together.

Great Host and House

The house had everything we could ever need—lots of amenities. Ronnie was fantastic at answering any questions. We would highly recommend this house and any of the other houses hosted by the same property management team. We could see the water and the sun rise from our 3rd floor deck!

Perfect Place in Nags Head, and That Dining Table!!!

We have a large family and have a hard time finding places that can accommodate all of us, but this house was perfect! It has plenty of beds, two kitchens and plenty of space to spread out. I mean, it has six decks! And we can't overlook the huuuge dining table that fit all of us, possibly for the first time ever. The house is just across the street from the beach with easy access. It's far enough away from the busy shopping areas but close enough to get there quickly. I wouldn't be surprised if the family wanted to come back next year... and we rarely ever go to the same place twice.

Family reunion

We enjoyed a nice family reunion in Nags Head because of this property. The weather did not cooperate so we spent more time indoors then we expected. Fortunately the home was spacious and we were able to relax comfortably and enjoy each other.

Relaxing and Fun

There was plenty to do inside. It was a little chilly during our time there. We enjoyed the pool table and puzzles. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Everyone had their own bathroom which was wonderful. We even had a great movie night. This was our second time staying here and we were not disappointed We wi definitely be back and looking forward. Hopefully the weather will be better so we can use the pool.

Excellent home to rent

We were only there for a long weekend but everything that is written about this home is accurate. The house is very nice, well taken care of, the kitchens are stocked with all dishes and cookware you need, plenty of room for your family or guests, easy walk to the beach. The home was well prepared and clean when we arrived. Check-in and check-out are a breeze. We would definitely rent this house again when we are in the area in the future.

80th birthday celebration

For a family reunion and large gathering, this was a great property to stay at. Plenty of room and bedrooms for those who wanted to stay, plus balconies on every floor, 1 large main kitchen and a smaller kitchen on a different floor for those who wanted more peace and quiet, both functional with lots of fridge space. Would have been nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom, but we made do. It's right across the street from the beach, but the road to cross can be busy so need to watch the younger kids. We could have used more garbage and recycling bins, or had more than one pickup for a whole week stay, as all the bins were overflowing by the time we left, which of course attracted lots of flies. So make sure you close the doors quickly, or the flies will get inside and be a nuisance. The management company was very responsive. The elevator worked well, especially for those who were staying on the upper floors and to bring groceries to the main kitchen on the top floor.

Rest and Relaxation at the Sand Fiddler

This was a awesome place to stay and it provided our scrapbooking group with enough room for 11 of us to set up all of our tools and projects. We really enjoyed the beach being so close, with easy access. It was also great that there were so many stores handy too us. We had everything we needed. Everyone especially liked the elevator, as most of us are 65 plus. We will hopefully be returning next year! 🙂

Perfect Family Getaway

Beautiful, clean, extremely roomy, polite and helpful hosts, and "easy to stay" in every way imaginable for our group of 26. The bedroom on the second floor that was directly under the 3rd floor dining table should be mindful that early risers may choose to pull out dining chairs and wake the 2nd floor sleepers. (The dining chairs are nice and sturdy, but they do make a loud dragging noise across the floor as someone pulls out the chair, which may affect those still sleeping in the bedroom directly under the dining table.) That said, the huge tables with ample seating for a large group was perfect for family meals together. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms.. We liked the theater room, pool table, 2 laundry areas, 2 full sized kitchens, and the comfortable porches. One of our favorite features was that this home was only a few minutes walk from the ocean. We enjoyed sledding on the nearby sand dunes and visiting Kitty Hawk. (We brought our own saucer sleds). We actually stayed in this very house in Feb of 2018 for a reunion as well. Both stays were late winter but still not bad temperature-wise outside, and the "off season" stay also made this reunion about as affordable as we could have possibly asked for a group of our size! We would definitely stay here again, and we most definitely recommend it to others.

Excellent!

The home was exceptionally clean and we loved the layout. Lots of room to spread out and enjoyed the location. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of amenities. We had trouble working the tv when we arrived (user error), but Ronnie had us up and running in no time. She also called to let us know we could stay longer if needed since some of us were unable to drive home in the hurricane that unexpectantly headed our way. Thank you for the memories!
