Great for families with young ones, you are a short stroll away from the beach access at Limulus Street. This nicely decorated and comfortably furnished home is Dog Friendly and boasts views of Ocean, and the Cape Hatteras National Seashore parklands. There are ample, well-furnished decks and a screened porch that are ideal for taking in the cool summer breezes or a perfect OBX sunset. The location offers quiet and relaxing setting but is only a few minutes’ drive to the Outer Banks Fishing Pier, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Oregon Inlet Fishing Center, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and putt-putt golf! Your family will share great vacation memories here for years to come.

    Ground Level: Parking for 3+ Cars, Covered Entry, Laundry Area, Enclosed Outside Shower, Fish Cleaning Table, and Charcoal Grill.

    Mid Level: 3 Bedrooms (Private Suite w/Queen, TV, Full Bath w/Tub/Shower; 1 w/2 Singles, TV; 1 w/ Duo Bunk, TV), Shared Full Bath w/Walk-In Shower, and 2 Covered Decks w/Deck Furniture.

    Top Floor: Spacious Living/Dining Kitchen Area, TV Entertainment System, DVD, Game Table, Bedroom w/King, TV, Full Bath w/Walk-In Shower, Screen Porch, and Large Sun Deck.

    Features include: C/AC-Heat, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, 5 TVs, Stereo w/CD, Wireless Internet, Baby Equipment (High Chair), and Ceiling Fans.

    No Smoking Allowed.

    Optional Linens can be provided for $120.00 Plus Tax. Optional Towels can be provided for $70.00 Plus Tax.

    $69.00 Security Damage Waiver (In Sub-Total (Premium for Accidental Tenant Damage Insurance Policy that Covers up to $3,000.

    One mature dog is allowed for a fee of $150. Please inquire through property manager.

    Optional Travel Insurance is available through property manager.

    SIGNATURE OF PROPERTY MANAGER'S RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED

    Payment Schedule: First payment due within three (3) days of signature of rental agreement. Final payment due 45 days prior to check-in.
