Ogni camera da letto è una suite privata con un bagno completo!

    Secondo piano "Rocking Chair Porch" con quattro sedie a dondolo. Il portico è coperto dal ponte di sopra e costituisce un bel posto per vedere l'oceano e i passanti. Posti a sedere all'aperto con due tavoli e quattro sedie ciascuno, uno vicino alla piscina e uno alla fine della passerella del secondo piano. Sei chaise longue colorate, cinque in piscina e una in passerella. Quattro sedie Adirondack, tre sul ponte posteriore del secondo piano con vista sulla piscina e una sul marciapiede posteriore all'ultimo piano, che guarda verso Jockey's Ridge e i deltaplani. Ampia pavimentazione in legno massiccio al secondo e terzo piano e tutte le scale. L'accesso alla spiaggia pubblica è a sud di Small Street che offre un facile accesso alla spiaggia e un parcheggio pubblico. L'accesso alla spiaggia è di 700 metri. Milepost 13. 2.

Good time

Very nice trip. Can only complain about tiny ants in mug cupboard. Not bad enough to call realtor. Rooms made all happy. No easy access to beach. Love 2 fridges, 2 dishwasher, 2 laundry rooms. Would recommend. Loved hot tub and pool. Ice makers didn’t work at first but you have to switch on, Duh. Loved all those porches.

Ok Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: This was my first time renting a house in OBX, we were able to get in the house a bit early which was nice. The house was clean and tidy and had all the appliance we would need. The beach access wasn't too far of a drive. Ample driveway space, and trash cans.Cons: However, there was several issues with the house not being well maintained. 1. Description/photos of the pool and hot tube was a bit off in the way they made it look bigger than it was. 2. The Air Intake vent was absolutely disgusting full of dirt and cobwebs, 3. had to call Maintenace for a wobbly celling fan, door lock that was broken and the ground floor had a very bad smell to it. {Maintenace did come next day to fix 2 out of the 3 problems} nothing they could do with basement smell. 4. Outside grill was so dirty we opted not to use it ;( 5. Pool lights were nonfunctional, hot tube cover was broken, several broken screens. Volleyball court grass was not cut. All in all, the rental property was ok, and served its purpose. Not sure I would recommend this property to anyone. Hopefully they will fix and maintain this property better for future guest. Especially for the amount of money one is paying to rent it for a week.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We made so many amazing memories but the home itself was dirty, dusty and with sand in the beds! This is not our first rental in OBX but by far the dirtiest! The floors were not washed and the fans caked with dust and cobwebs. I understand many families are in and out of these homes but is totally not acceptable to be that dirty when each family has in a cleaning charge. The kitchen pots were also not clean and counters sticky!

Beds were supposed to be made upon arrival, were not.Trash & coffee cup with old cigars on deck. Wi-fi did not work. Washer on top floor didn’t have cold water, only hot. Beach access way too far away and falsely noted as close by.

The property is located in an area where you can walk to some restaurants. Beach access wasnt to bad as long as you are able to walk well. They do need to attend to some minor issues with appliances. Skillets stick terribley so you might want to bring 2 if you plan on cooking. But this was a minor thing that did not impact our stay in the least bit. The house is beautiful and we are already in the process of renting next year.

Broken furniture that was not replaced, limited to one set or bath towels for the week, pool lounge chairs stained and digesting, finding dirty wash clothes in pool area, grill was dirty discussing never used. The game room a total disappointment. Pool sticks were broken but couldn’t shoot a game of pool without caution of the windows. Looked bigger in pictures online but so did the place in general. Definitely NOT worth a$12,000.00 for six nights.

Reviewer Comments: Our first trip to OBX was great, we will definitely be returning in the years to come. This house had everything you need for a large family. One call out is that the public beach access is NOT close even though you can see the beach from the house - you will want to get a golf cart or be prepared to drive to the beach, the closest access is about a half mile away. Overall the property was great and I would recommend it for a large family gathering!

great house for a family vaca

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the house was great for our multi-generational family! the highlight is the pool area with grilling station, good sized pool and hot tub. Only issue is the distance from beach access but it'a a nice walk for those in shape and the beach access with parking is not far. Lots to see and do in the area and the beach is not too crowded. the balconies were a hit after a day on the beach or a kayak float. the owner responded quickly for the 1 item we called on (smoke detector beeping) and the staff at Beach Realty were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a large group.

Great Stay !!

We enjoyed a great trip ! Kitchen is well equipped to handle your needs, and the accommodations are very comfortable. Deck also has nice views of the ocean.

Reviewer Comments: The house was not clean upon arrival- our sheets were not delivered, I had to call and request them, playstation did not have any conrollers- we did not get them until wednesday- the pool sticks had no tips- we did not get them until wednesday. the property has a huge ant problem- we ended up buing out own ant spray for the pool area....which caused the ants to move to the kitchen of the home.- it needs a really good cleaning..cupboards inside and out are sticky and had food residue and under furniture was dirty and had lots of food particles.

However, we were disappointed this time to find that the house was not cleaned very well. When we arrived, there was garbage on the upper deck, there were things left under the beds, one bed was broken, and there were ants all over the kitchen counters. The handyman did come quickly to fix the bed and pest control came for the any problem but it persisted throughout our stay.

Reviewer Comments: While we enjoyed our vacation, we were slightly dissappointed with the house. There were several things that were broken... The refrigerator on the floor level didn't work and esmelled terrible. One of the dishwashers were broken and it hurt my aunt's foot when she tried to open it. We also couldn't use the gameroom because it was very musty, which was a problem for the guests who were sleeping on that level. While the size of the home and the view of the ocean were nice, there was no convenient beach access which is not well advertised. We will not be renting this property again.

The kitchen is a little small for the size of the house. It's only big enough for 2 people working/cooking. The kids really enjoyed the game room & pool, while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. There were not many walks on the beach due to the distance of the public access area and the age of the children.The pictures were exactly what the house looked like, with the exception of the porch swing, which was not there.We would rent from beachrealtync again, wonderful staff.

Reviewer Comments: Overall very nice week at the beach, however we experienced several concerns that we simply overlooked during our stay and figured we would report after the week was over. Things we did report AC top level broke the day we arrived (Very responsive on the fix) The Pool area umbrella broke the day we arrived (Simply rusted end of life) A significant ding in one of the bedroom walls ( I reported 1st day) Things I didn't report Ants (mainly Kitchen area) / Broke toilet part (We bought part and fixed) / Dryer on second floor doesn't heat well (run dry cycle twice on heavy duty to get closed to dry) / Noticed some blinds we broke (not a big deal to us just an observation) / Also had one of the folks in our group tell me they had a door handle come off in their hand on one of Bedroom door (not sure where didn't care after the list of things I had been exposed too) / Serious grass growth around pool area on concrete deck (we deweeded by hand some of this) / also noted the grass wasn't cut and kinda tall and the property next door was cut Identical building seemed to be same owner but not sure.Overall the home was nice just has some small issues that should be corrected to help future renters experience be a more positive stay. I am asked if I would recommend this property to a friend right now I'd say no only because it's a steep price to pay for the level of maintenance needed at this property.

Disappointed, didn't meet expectations

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice size with bathrooms in every bedroom. Access to the beach horrible, 700 yds. Picture in advertisement right before 700 yd. to beach comment was misleading. Thought there was beach access via the house directly across the street. Kitchen very outdated and very small for 16 occupancy. Master bath toilet seat was cracked and pinched your behind every time you sat on it. A lot of sand inside the house. Vacuum cleaner worn out and would not pick up sand. LR furniture warn out and rug was dirty. We had a good time with friends in in spite of these nagging features.

Great Fall Get Away

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was great. We went with a lot of family members that we do not see on a regular basis so it was good to have 8 master suites. I would definitely stay again in the fall. However, due to beach access, I am not sure I would stay in the summer when I wanted to go to the beach on a daily basis and hall a bunch of things.

disappointed and filthy

Reviewer Comments: we had called to have a few things taken care of that were concerns and was never followed up with. one complaint was that there were dirty boxers laying on the deck and the rental agent made it seem like it was our fault and asked if it was ours, there was about 2 inches of dust on the fans practically falling off we had to clean because the house was so hot at times we needed the fan on, the hot tub wasn't working properly the pool area was filthy, there was no power in the one bunk room the shower curtain liners were practically falling off. also there were ant traps in the kitchen and ants everywhere including our babies formula and food we had bought and were forced to throw away.
